Haha the picture upthread reminded me of the Black Knight from Monty Python and the Holy Grail. That's who Stabby reminds me of when she's sparring with Juan Martinez.

Arthur fights the Black Knight and, after a short battle, the Knight's left arm is severed.

The Black Knight interrupts Arthur's prayer of thanks by kicking him in the side of the head and accusing him of cowardice. When Arthur points out the Black Knight's injuries, the Knight insists "It's just a flesh wound!" In response to the continued kicks and insults, Arthur chops off the Black Knight's right leg. At this point, the Knight still will not admit to defeat, instead he replies by saying, "Right, I’ll do you for that", and attempts to ram his body into Arthur's, by hopping on his left leg. Arthur is incredulous at the Black Knight's persistence, and angrily asks the Black Knight if he is going to "bleed on me" to win. The Black Knight replies by saying, "I'm invincible!" to which Arthur replies "You're a loony!" With an air of resignation, Arthur finally cuts off the left leg as well and sheathes his sword. With the Black Knight now reduced to a mere stump of a man, he says, "All right, we'll call it a draw."

I will be 58 soon. Our generation lived sexual liberation! At the risk of TMI;, anal sex information was freely available, people did it and some really enjoyed it. That and when he had her on orig cross he seemed awfully interested in the amount of time it took her to get her nails done in Salinas. So I'm wondering if they would salon and have proof she got herself a fresh Brazilian knowing she was going to see Travis one last time.

I don't believe Stabby was going to give him a choice about choosing her. She had already made up her mind to kill him.

It doesn't strike me as weird. How old is Mr. Martinez? Somewhere in his 50s or early 60s? I'm pretty sure that anal sex was and probably still is considered "taboo" by that generation.

I don't know the stats for anal sex, but I would guess that less than half the population has engaged in it, at least in a regular basis. I never have, have no desire to. And I'm in my early 30s.

Martinez is like my parents generation. I would have no problem believing that that generation did not talk freely about anal sex.

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, if people enjoy it, but it's just something that is still considered outside the norm I guess.

Yeah, I was going to say that if I were to guess, I'd say JM is in his 50's, which means he grew up during the 60's and 70's. That was a time of sexual liberation. I guess if you're in your 30's, someone in their 50's seems old and possibly stodgy, but he lived during some pretty wild times.

The whole tape was played in court, I am pretty sure. That was the day Jodi cried so hard because the defense wanted only an edited version played, leaving out the parts that could make Jodi look as culpable as Travis. See if I can find it...

I remember reading that!

The investigators initial report indicated that there was water mixed with blood in the sink. I still believe she stabbed him at the sink. He got out of the shower, started to the water to brush his teeth, was drying his hair with a towel- BAM..then, he bent over throwing up blood from the chest wound. I believe the ME said it was blood spatter at high volume on the mirror. If you look at the sink photos, I see his fingers gripping the right side of the sink to keep from collapsing. She began the back attack when he was leaned over. The ME said the nine stabs wounds to the back was made to his body at a higher angle; as if someone was shorter standing behind him.

So, I may be one of the few who believe she shot him last. Only because the gun was stolen and she had to remind herself of last resort. She was smart enough to work it out all in her head. Surprisingly dumb enough not to realize how hard it would be to kill a man.

This is the day they played the tape in its entirety in open court. the defense tried to get in an edited version (possibly the one where they cut out most of Jodi's parts)
But JM and the judge insisted that if they wanted to enter any part of the tape, they would have to enter the whole thing. this is one of the rare moments in the trial when Jodi showed real emotion. She was visably upset prior to the tape being played. She knew it was going to make her look bad!

So, I may be one of the few who believe she shot him last. Only because the gun was stolen and she had to remind herself of last resort. She was smart enough to work it out all in her head. Surprisingly dumb enough not to realize how hard it would be to kill a man.

I was one of the ones who thought she shot him in the bathroom before he staggered down the hall, however after watching this http://www.youtube.com/watch?gl=US&h...lFc&nomobile=1 I have changed my mind. I do believe she stabbed him in chest/heart area while he was seated, naked and defenseless, in the shower and then stabbed him in the back while he was at the counter/sink. The reason for her shooting him after she dragged him back to bathroom from the end of the hallway shown in the video makes sense to me.

This is the killing timeline. It starts about the1 :30 minute mark. It list many theories, but it is a very good video. Somebody put a lot of work into it.

I wished Martinez would use this, or something similar in his closing argument. It would be very real to see what is going on there.
