THIS. This is an awesome article. This is what I've been telling people around me over and over again. Her lack of emotion telling her stories is what tells me WITHOUT A DOUBT that she was NOT a victim of domestic violence. As I've mentioned here before, I was in an abusive marriage a little over 10 years ago. I was with my ex for 7 years and married for 1 year because once we got married, the abuse became 10-fold. I STILL have a hard time talking about it without getting choked up. I can do it now, it took YEARS, but still, in certain situations it's just inevitable. Hence, me folding on the Dr. Drew show. The second I was
supposed to talk about it, I just couldn't. I knew I was going to break down on National TV and no way was I going to let that happen! When you are abused, the emotions are so deep, you can never forget them. You can set them aside and move on with your life, but still,
they stick with you.
The only thing I do not agree with is the sharing part. I held the abuse in for years and year and it wasn't until my husband did something so inhumane to me, I couldn't hold it back any longer and just had to tell my sister. Then my whole life changed from that point on. For the better, of course!
*deep breath*
Ok, I just shared a lot!

But this is the reason I am so passionate about this case. I know there are a lot of us on this site that have been in an abusive relationship as well so I know some of you can relate. It's so maddening to watch this trial unfold with her BS claims. Ugh...I just can't wait until verdict day!
