Have you noticed throughout this trial, she is hell bent on portraying her knowledge of everything Travis! Even though the only person she had met in his family was his Grandmother! There are many times she has used his name, or a description of his life, in the present tense: "he likes this....", "he would never do that....". The one that stands out for me as an example, is when she referred to his dog as "Naps", then quickly said "I mean Napoleon", inferring such a disgusting familiarity in the light of what she has done! For his family, this must be hell on earth!

I almost wonder if the way she's murdering him again, over and over, in the court room is worse for the family?

They dug in their heels when they decided they wanted the phone sex tape to be played in full. That was the day Jodi was so upset. They're taking all the punches to make sure she gets convicted.

Ok now the entire vibe in the courtroom changes the second Juan Martinez stands up. the jury stands up taller, more attentive. You can hear an audible sound around me. Major changes in the courtroom all around. I feel like I just drank a quadruple shot of espresso right now.

Quick question:

Trying to figure out post killing road trip of Mesa to the Hoover Dam to West Jordan UT. Allegedly JA left Mesa around 5:30-6pm and arrived to Ryan's home in West Jordan the following morning around 11 am, Right? Along the way in a fog state and near-sighted blindness she got lost ending up @ Hoover Dam/Las Vegas. Mapquest says distance b/w mesa & Las Vegas is 5.5 hrs. Distance b/w Las Vegas & West Jordan is 6 hrs. Doing it as a straight shot mesa to West Jordan is almost 11 hours. So, getting lost and detouring to Las Vegas didn't really add a significant amount of time.

If she was MIA for 17 hours, what did she do with the 5 or 6 hours? How much time does it take to get rid of the gun ---15 or 20 mins? The rope into a dumpster --- 15 mins? Another hour to clean out the car?

Or did I miss something?

She probably took a nap.

At least on the Canon cameras there is a little dial next to the viewfinder that is called the diopter. You look through the viewfinder and adjust it until your subject is sharp to your vision. Then it is set to your vision.

My theory on why she filled the gas cans again while in Utah is that she wanted to perpetuate the myth that she needed the gas cans so she didn't want to buy expensive gas in California. The blood cast-off was over 6 feet high. It was on the window blinds. No way could she have walked out of the house dropping in blood. She most likely had a change of clothing in the bathroom.

I said earlier today that Nurmi should have quit when he was ahead. He is as dumb as a sack of hammers. He let himself and his client be wedded to what was/is an obvious lie. The only thing I am hoping for now is that the defense is actually dumb enough to call Matt McCartney to the stand and then he takes the 5th a la Gus Searcy (notice he's disappeared since Stabby stated on stand she only called tried to call Matt & Daryl on the night she killed TA).

Jury will no doubt wonder when Matt McCartney doesn't appear on the stand to back up his BFF Stabby, especially since she's claimed she told him about TA's alleged pedo fantasies and supposedly witnessed bruises (probably a big old hickey) on her neck.

She goes on and on about he's her ally and he would never betray her. I think she's in for a big surprise. Wonder if she still talks to him over the phone?
