They can give you cash for a credit card return. I think it's time sensitive due to the fact that you may have already paid the card balance or on a debit card transaction if it is so many days they will go ahead and refund cash.

The attorneys are talking about the suicide letters. Nurmi wants them in-the state doesn't. The state said the main reason not to let them in-because she's still here. (LOL)

June 4th- deleting photos- Images are saved on a memory card (Not always. Depends on your settings in the camera's main menu) Jodi did not take the camera with her.
Shaving- EX 503-Myspace photo Jodi took of Travis- Jodi doesn't know crap about shaving stuff.
Gun from closet- NOW she does NOT remember if it was in a holster that day.
Cleanup- Jodi doesn't remember cleaning up the closet on June 4.
Gun-Jodi doesn't remember cocking the gun or flipping the safety. Jodi knows gun but she has no training. OG taught her how to use it. She only knows point and shoot.
Where items went on June 4- Nurmi showed her a picture of the tub. She pointed where she was at.
The knife was never in her car that she remembers.
June 4- Jodi thought she was going to die. (please) Shaking-She shook during JM cross of her. Her body was trembling. She hid the shaking from everybody in the court, though (that's nice to know) Shame-What are you ashamed of on June 4th? For doing what I did. Jodi filled up with gas when she was at Ryan's EX 237- all the receipts at SLC.

EX 523-admitted. Bank Statements. She paid 3.85 a gallon=5.09 gallons. (Basically, JM just caught Jodi lying about the 3rd gas can. Jodi had a 3rd gas can) Walmart has NO record of any refund on that day for any gas can.

Juan could not have left off at a better point in the testimony!!! I am SO proud of this amazingly brilliant prosecutor!!!! Now, the jury is left to ponder that yet ANOTHER of Jodi's lies (after she has sworn to swear that she is telling the truth!) has been revealed. This jury will now know that there IS no reason to believe her now, any more than there was to believe all of her other outrageous stories since June 4, 2008!! Bet she's shaking now!!
