Jodi said yesterday and several times today that during these memory lapses and "fogs" that she can remember emotions, and how she "feels". Previously, she NEVER claimed to remember anything during these foggy times.

I think she has decided that she will say how she "felt" while murdering Travis. Of course she will say she was not angry, but afraid and in "mortal fear". Mark my words....Nurmi is going to ask her about this. I also wouldn't be surprised if the "experts" on domestic violence attest to this as well.


ALSO, I am LOVING all of the jurors questions. They are NOT buying her BS. Unfortunately, we don't know if the questions are coming from only 1 or 2 jurors. Also, there might be 1 or 2 who did not submit these questions and are completely believing her. We just won't know until the verdict is in.
