Excellent point! Wish Martinez had pointed that out to the jury (can you tell I'm not a fan?)

Ok, I love that the jurors are still submitting more questions, even as Jodi is answering them today.

I hope someone asks her why it is that when she called 911 and Travis hung up, that a police officer didn't come to the scene, as they always do and are required to? And of course there would be a report of that.

Somewhere in my pre-teen years, I can remember my mom was home and catching a nap. I don't remember what happened, but at some point -- probably between my brother and I arguing -- 911 was dialed on the phone. Of course we were scared and just hung up. About 5 minutes later, there was a knock on the door, and this giant police officer was standing there!

Not only did my mom have to get up and talk to him, but he walked all around and throughout the apartment, to make sure nothing was going on and it was truly an accident. I don't think anyone would buy that Jodi called 911, Travis hung up, and the police did nothing.

I think it's great. The jury is actually deliberating via their questions.

OMG - she gets another day on the stand. Are they really believing her?? The more she talks, the more I can't stand her. I surely hope they want her to talk to hang herself. That woman is as composed as if she is giving a lecture. DAMN.

Why is this a big deal? The maximum sentence for Murder 2 in AZ is 22 years. Do the math, she's already served 4 1/2. She could be out in her 50s. I'm worried.
So what you are saying is that all of us will have to go into hiding???? lol

I think the gun (from grandparents "burglary") and the gas cans are enough to prove premeditation beyond a reasonable doubt. JMHO

The trajectory of the bullet would have been front to back in that scenario--the actual trajectory was downward (over eyebrow down to cheek). She would have had to be standing over him firing downward, which does not fit her (made-up) scenario.

This is a huge deal and Martinez totally missed it.
IMO he will address this in the rebuttal!

It was Bobby who hung up on 911, not Travis. Not that I buy her story

Ugh, I just had a nasty thought.

I wonder if any jurors will ask a follow-up about what Travis allegedly told Jodi about being a pedo, that made her feel sympathetic.

Couldn't you just see her lying on the stand that Travis' grandma or father, or brother, molested him, and that his being a pedo wasn't his fault?

You just KNOW she would go there.

I think she may have been referring to an incident with a previous boyfriend (Bobby?) and not Travis as far as the hang up goes.

A day in the life of Jodi Arias. What Jodi is wearing in court and where...: http://youtu.be/8tQ6F2FCDNU via tawnidilly

Good explanation of the stun belt. I wish she would try to make a break for it so we could see how it works1

Not sure if he missed it or is just waiting til closing arguments to point it out... Bcs if he did so on cross, she'd have the opportunity to better explain ( lie) on recross from Nurmi. And who wants to hear more of her theories

I think his cross was very sloppy. He could have used ballistics experts to disprove the way he was shot. If Travis was attacking her, she showed she held the gun straight and pointed it at him. She shot him with the gin DOWN - the trajectory of the bullet went into his check. His head was down and she was a distance away. That could have been proven. He could have brought an expert in to testify is a 125 pound woman could stand on the shelves without breaking them. OH, and don't forget no clothes were moved.

I think he thought he had it bagged with the gas cans, the hair change and a gun that was of the same caliber as her grandparent's. So much he could have done there.

One of my girls called 911 a few months ago on my cell phone. I had no clue. I was driving. I got two phone calls and didn't answer because I didn't know the number. Finally after the third call, they left a message and it was the police department. LOL Yeah, they don't just let people get away with calling and hanging up. And that was on a cell phone!

Martinez still has a REBUTTAL case to present! Let's not start the wailing and sack cloth/ashes routine yet!
