I was never worried about that part. First, it's a constitutional right and as much as she sickens me, I support our rights.

I think she is a psychopath. She shows no empathy for pain other than her own. Her interview with Detective Flores chilled me to the bone. The way she used that sickening little girl lost act, trying to manipulate him, was damning. Luckily, she is dumb and the detective smart but she tried hard to plead to his protective side. During that same interview she showed a macabre desire to see her gruesome handiwork (crime scene pics). She could barely contain her interest in the details. The horrifying part is that she wanted to know for reasons beyond just covering her back.

Since all the questions were mainly about TA and Pedo and her past relationships and if she stalked them too. I am thinking she talked way too much. They dont believe her and just for bringing up the pedo, I best they give her DP and my heart is beating out of my chest, Once gain, like 48 hrs and the Dicktective, she thinks she can outsmart them. I didn?t like this at all. Also, TA?s family had a field day with the eye rolling, head shaking and mouth moving. They were looking right at the Jury. MY only hope is, yes? she had the same kind of confrontations with ex?s.. Like, why or whatever did you do this etc but she didnt kill them or become violent. I'm with you, MDS. The state has to prove PREMEDITATION beyond a reasonable doubt to get Murder 1 (I looked up the AZ statute online to get the definition of Murder 1) And as much as I hate to say it I think Nurmi poked a lot of holes in Martinez's evidence/theories for premeditation yesterday.
Why is this a big deal? The maximum sentence for Murder 2 in AZ is 22 years. Do the math, she's already served 4 1/2. She could be out in her 50s. I'm worried.
