Yes, absolutely. The jury know that she is aware of the family's need for truth (she promised to disclose all on 48 Hours). Even in death, her obsession continues. By killing him, she claimed him, in her crazy eyes. She knows the pain she is causing and she delights in the 'power'. I can't stand the sickening way she fawns and fabricates relationship details. The marriage stuff was beyond belief.

The bitter irony is that if she had told the truth, she would have been viewed with more sympathy than her lies have elicited.
