I never had any on my neck, I am thinking you would need a shitload and it would look super evident you were covering something up. I woulda gone with turtleneck if it were me. Makeup, foundation, would work on the face depending on the bruise, but you still need a shitload and it doesn't look good. it makes it more evident in my opinion.

The licenses here in AZ are good for like 40 years. I swear. When we moved here from CA and I changed my license (which we had to do every 4 years in CA), I about died of shock to realize it didn't expire until 2048.

Don't wanna agree with jodi but there is definitely crazy amounts of makeup these days to cover ANYTHING. All depends on color and coverage.
