Busy as hell with work again today, but was able to listen to the questions while eating lunch... LOVE IT!
The questions asked so far seem to tell me this jury is SHARP! I literally was shouting, "YES!!" as the questions were asked.![]()

All of her answers are quick EXCEPT huge silent gap before saying TA liked the young Spiderman fan. She needed time to think up that lie
I am WAY nearsighted to the point where I was just told that I made need bi-focals next year (I'm still in my 30's). I have needed glasses probably my whole life but didn't get glasses until the 3rd grade when the teacher caught me copying off the person next to me because I couldn't see what was written on the chalkboard. Like Jodi said (ugh I don't want to have to agree with her), I thought that's how people saw the world (a big fuzzball) until I put on a pair of glasses.
Yes!
I forget the question and whether it came from the defense or State, but her reply was "I am nearsighted and didn't get glasses until 2010."
"so he ejaculated on your face and threw you some candy?"
The question about if the closet had locks or not, and how she had time to get the gun if he was right behind her was a good one.
With the first set of questions, I feel confident that they don't buy her story. I actually feel relieved that they have paid close attention and are asking great questions. I don't know Travis or his family, but I want justice for them so badly. The jury is giving me serious hope!
Justice for Travis!

the whole near sighted thing came when martinez was grilling her about the license plate - when he proved she couldn't see it the way she described, then thats when she became blind

I had a bunch of quotes and comments and then my iPad froze and closed safari. I can't go back and find them all again.
I'll sum it up...I agree with all of you.
I'm loving these questions.![]()

Do they not make people take eye exams when getting their drivers license renewed in AZ? Here, if you don't check the box that says you need glasses, they make you take an eye exam right there.
So Stabby continued to sleep with Travis for the good of all children. What a saint! Honestly.
ARGH! ARGH! ARGH!
so onetime when I was 6 I called 911 from a restaurant payphone (yes I am OLD) and I hung up just to see what would happen. Cops showed up at the restaurant, scared the SHIT outta me.... so I am in "mortal terror" and I have the time in my total panic from the big wet naked man chasing me, to remember this negative experience from a zillion years ago and determine that someone wanting to KILL me cuz I dropped his 200 dollar camera isn't worth calling 911 because I had such a negative experience the last time I bothered to call in a real situation... WTF?!
Ha, Jingles, those 'clown Defense attorneys' on HLN are clueless, smug and annoying. They seem to watch only snippets of the trial and are totally out if touch with what is going on. The arrogant 'professor' one is always criticising Martinez. Martinez has method behind everything e does.
In AZ you only renew your DL once every 40 years or so.
