I think she got to review them when the defense did. I THINK.So Jodi has seen these questions? If not I can assume her team will give her a heads up about any that will give her trouble. She's going to sit for her whole lunch thinking up all of her bullshit answerstotally fair.

The DT and JA got to see the questions fo 1 1/2 hours. They did not get a copy of the questions to keep. Prosecution then viewed questions for almost same amount of time. She's admittedly an excellent pathological liar but no way she can keep all of those q's straight in her messy headSo Jodi has seen these questions? No, I dont think there was ever any skaters. I think she is telling half truths. Like.. the trip to the starbucks, I think it is likely that she went there and parked in the spot she said, but that is where the truth stops. I think she has reference points for her lies. She builds her story around things that she can prove. but the lies attached to them are so out there that it doesnt make sense.

I am sure she has parked there many a time to know the lot... However, the only skaters there changing her plate upside down was the skaters dancing in her headIsnt that what she said? Starbucks was behind and to the right? If she parked behind that little wall there, I dunno... I believe she knows where she parked, I think that is likely the only true part to her story. Arias looks like the smug smirk has been wiped from her face by the jury question list. She appears really annoyed.
I feel sorry for her defense team. It must be a nightmare to work for her. As dull as Nurmi is (mind-numbingly boring) he is doing his job. I pity him having to sift through the lies and deal with her arrogance and ego. Didn't previous defense attorneys quit? When Martinez pushed Arias for answers, even her Defense looked like they might be secretly enjoying watching her squirm. They certainly didn't express any signals of empathy or pain for their monstrous client.
I like the judge very much and Martinez shows a touching, sincere compassion for the Alexander family. He has reclaimed Travis from the slurs and lies. Travis Alexander's religious hypocrisy, pyramid selling job and whore/madonna attitude to women are aspects that I find unappealing. Thanks to Juan Martinez, a more balanced picture of Travis has emerged and his attractive, warm traits are now known to viewers. How he died was grotesque. Since slaughtering an innocent human being Arias has attempted to inflict a thousand more cuts on Travis, his family and friends. Please jury, return a just verdict.

I'm thinking that they were just as bored with Nurmi's tedious direct examination of Jodi. It was painfully slow. I believe, like us, the jury wanted to hear Juan question her, because they knew that he would ask the tough questions, while Nurmi's were tailored to Jodi's defense. And, I'm guessing that her answers to JM didn't make any more sense to them than they did to us. I am praying that this is the case, and she is not making sense to them, either!!
This was actually discussed before but it was roughly a million and a half pages ago...
The way I see it was the friend was JOKING. they go back and forth on each others pages saying things like that. It meant NOTHING. I know my husband and his friends joke like that too. I don't think its that uncommon for guys to tease their friends that way. I'm not saying that every guy does it but it's not unheard of.
Yeah... I saw that too, but I think it's a guy thing, more than I think there was any bit of thrush to it.

Small, seemingly inconsequential moments in our lives can sometimes lead toward events that we would have never imagined possible.
It reminds me of a documentary that came out after 9/11 where they interviewed people who were scheduled to be on the flights that were crashed by the terrorists. In each case, it was just a single, small decision that ended up being the difference between being dead or being alive after 9/11 for those people.
