Did Nurmi ask her if her hands were stretched from one side of the bed to the other? I thought he did and she said yes. If it's a king size bed as she said I don't see how that could be.

Rewatching the video of "near death experience" (was he just recounting a dream? or did it happen?)

I noticed when she moves his arm from around her he doesn't let go of her hand, he keeps his hand placed on hers while he continues to talk. I would say that shows some tenderness on his part. Doesn't look like a man who scares her for sure!

lol, I dont have gumby arms. And I cant quite reach from corner to corner... If she was touching the head board, she could have just been positioned higher on the bed. I dont think she could reach corner to corner, but I dont think touching the headboard would be difficult at all.

I was also thinking, if she said her hands were stretched from one side to the other that doesnt have to mean they went all the way. It could be they were pulled tight, in either direction.

I think that's why she kept saying the rope was 'taut' I don't know why she just didn't say she was towards the center of the bed. The rope was allegedly 20' long, so if she pulled herself more towards the center of the bed making a YMCA "Y" it would make more sense. BUT, this is Jodi..

Before I have to go deal with the lump in my throat! I have a treasured snapshot taken almost fifty years ago of an almost identical scene. Only it was me lying with my head on my late wife's lap just a few months before we married. A dear friend in the group took it to capture the moment. It was a candid shot and we didn't know she was taking it. We lasted that whole fifty years 'till she passed away just three years ago. She gave me a life and a love that I could never believe I would ever have or deserve. The snapshot sits in a frame on a shelf in our place in Palm Springs and is the first thing anyone sees when they come through the door. Because it's there--she's there. It keeps the moment and the love alive. Contrast that with what Travis's loved ones will feel if they ever see this video. Never forget to be grateful.

I am so sorry for your loss, yet so grateful that you were able to spend 50 years with your love. Sometimes those pictures we don't know are being taken show so much more than the posed ones. You see glimpses of feelings, thoughts, dreams, hopes and love. This is so special and I bet each time you go to Palm Springs, you feel her presence and say hello.

I have a picture at my wedding of my BFF who was murdered like Travis. We are dressed to the nines and she looks so happy. It's my favorite picture. It means so much to me to have it. Some things are just priceless. I hope Travis' family has something like this. Something that reminds them of their brother and not how he died.

That is what I was thinking, the Y, But I dont think there ever was a rope anyway so I suppose it doesnt matter how she tells it lol There are pictures of Jodi in every position, How can I believe that he wouldnt have taken a pic of her all done up with rope.. How can I believe that SHE wouldnt want that picture?!

I would like to think the Jury would HAVE to be sick of her and her lies... at least some of them, to some extent.
I mean, how many of us have turned the tv or live stream off in disgust (or whatever reason) to get away from her rambling lies and constant Travis bashing? They don't even have the option to get a break from her when they want one. No way any juror with any common sense is buying her lies. If nothing else her lies are probably just making them angrier, that's how they are making ME feel, anyways.

Not to mention having to sit through Nurmi's phone sex tape remix TWICE! and all the other disgusting porn talk, and the autopsy/death scene photos on giant screens all over the courtroom...I read somewhere that no matter where you looked there was a screen, there was no escape unless they looked down or closed their eyes. I would have PTSD if I was on that jury.

Totally agree, that was what struck me about the video. Lets hope that gets picked up like Dave Hall's video did!!

Somewhere back around page 1497 (now i can't find it), someone said they live near the Arco gas station at 3706 E Foothill Blvd, 91107. Have you been to the alleged Starbucks near there? I tried to find it with an ariel picture to see if the curbs exist and if there is anywhere for skaters to skate. I would hope the investigators went there to see that. IF there are no curbs in the parking spaces, more proof of lies. She said there were no sidewalks. Just where were these skaters skating that they would be in front of her car? And then go to the trouble to go under her bumper to stand up her plate against the curb? And put the screws back in the holes....total BS.

Two things that have really been bugging me, and were I a juror, I would submit as questions.

1. Did you ever scream for help, and if not, why?

Most people, when they believe their life to be in imminent danger, instinctively scream out "help," no matter the circumstance, their location or whether they believe somone is within hearing range, even if they're out in the middle of nowhere! Jodi said herself that she wasn't sure if any of the roommates were home, though she didn't think so.

2. How did you and Travis both manage to running frantically through that closet without disrupting the position of the bench, which
remained lined up perfectly in the center of the room, undisturbed?

I can't believe that she, a woman running for her life, and a 200 lb. "crazed" man hell bent on catching her, could both manage to plow through that room and not move, turn over, that bench.

But she said the plate was upright against the curb facing her car as she pulled away, and the plate was apparently back on at some point before she returned the car, so she would have to have the screws. she did not mention picking them up too. just the plate. she never said she went to buy screws for it either.
