I have never thought about my fears, and listed one of them being, on trial for capital murder, coverage for the world to see. Someone who commits a crime, has this fear in their top 3. WHAT A NUTJOB! She's just so fucking weird. All her answers, her journal entries, her wording....she tries to be all poetic and memorable, and the only thing "noteworthy" about her testimony, is what a fucktard weird-ass she is.

THIS. After watching that vid it just solidifies my view that this is exactly the type of guy he was... a generous-to-a-fault, here's-the -shirt-off-my-back type of guy. He seems so sweet and genuine. Her, on the other hand, she seems bored... disinterested (maybe cuz she isn't the center of the convo?)... just like she would rather be somewhere else. With HIM, clearly, but somewhere away from the other people. She does not seem even remotely interested in his near death story. Even if it was a story she had heard 100x, she should be paying some kind of attention, at least. Something?

Actually, I do believe that the John Dick-Head subject came up during one of the loooooooooooong days when Jodi was under direct examination by Nurmi. I recall her testifying about how Travis supposedly wanted her to date others, but when she did, he would get very jealous. And she talked about this John Dixon guy, and how Travis was especially upset because he knew this guy and did not like him.....and she said he called him a name. Pretty sure is was Dick-head. Now, I'm not gonna go over the 3000 hours of testimony to find the exact spot (I'd have to kill myself if I was forced to listen to that all over again) but I remember it being in there, somewhere.

HOLY SHIT!!! That video just made me catch my breath! It shows a very sweet, social, animated Travis....arm around Jodi and holding her hand. Kind of blows Jodi's testimony that Travis never showed affection for her, huh?? It also is very telling that Jodi is lying in his lap, seemingly uninterested in what is going on, or in interacting socially with the people that are there. Creepy behavior on her part. Just not normal.

In that video Jodi is wondering what is wrong with these guys, they should be talking to her or at least telling Travis how incredibly lucky he is to be with her. She sat up hoping that would be enough to change the conversation. She was not at all interested in his story and even though I'm sure she had heard it before, she wasnt interested in the reaction his friends might have after hearing it. I can definitely see why his friends disliked her. He was showing her affection in public! What a liar....
