Judge told the jury to be back at 1pm AZ time tomorrow, so my guess is soon after that.

They said they are meeting at 9 with the defense to go over the 100 questions the jurors have for her. Then, 10 for the prosecution to get those questions to go over with the family. The jury to to be in court at 1:00. But, there may be arguing on which questions will be allowed.

I have now really thought about how she killed him. She became enraged when he refused to take her on the trip. She stabbed him, he stumbled to the sink. She stabbed his back and head. He tried to fight her and to get away from her. When she talked about how she tried to get away from him, she was talking about the reverse. Then she got him down and straddled him and slit his throat. Dragged him back to the shower area. He was maybe still gasping for breath. She shot him as a last resort knowing that the gun was stolen. She shoved him in the shower, cleaned up and left. She thought she was so clever. I am was thrilled to know that the camera survived the wash cycle, or the bleach job. She never thought she would get caught. Her eyes are as dead as her soul.

Dear Diary,

Well, I am sort of bummed out. My sextifying days are almost over. Court is about to get REALLY boring again. At least I have the juror's questions to look forward to. I am going to stretch my answers out as long as possible. I know they will appreciate it. They have 100 questions, after all! That just goes to show how much they, um, love hearing me talk. I will not disappoint them!

Nurmie almost made me bust out laughing today. He tried to get all loud and tough in order to make me more emotional. I know I should have responded the way he wanted me to, but I just wasn't feeling up to it. I'm feeling a little blah today. Maybe it's the cold sore I have? If it gets any bigger I am going to have to name it. At least it's on my left side so the jury doesn't have to see it. Or is it my right side? I get those confused all the time.

You should have seen Travis' sister's faces when I said that Travis proposed to me. It was so hilarious. I just love seeing them get upset. I cannot stand that they think they are better looking than I am. I was always worried that Travis might think that way too. That is why I always tried to keep them away from him. Anyhow, obviously, Travis never proposed to me. Duh. I wonder if the jury is dumb enough to believe that he did? I bet they are. In general I find that people are really dumb and easily manipulated. I hope I am right. I'm sort of betting my life on it.

About the rope...does anyone think she might of tried to strangle him first? If indeed the rope existed.

I don't think she would've tried strangulation, if there was a rope. I think IF the rope existed, she might have tried to convince him to let HER tie HIM up and he didn't go for it. Tying him up prior to stabbing or shooting him would've made her task easy peasy.

I could see that as a possibility, BUT, I just do not buy that there ever was a rope, or that anyone was tied up. Her "details" make it very implausible to me. Like that she stood in the bedroom with one end of the rope, and that he walked to the bathroom, and then cut it. That makes absolutely no sense.

I find it unlikely that a rope was used on a sleigh-style bed to begin with. But if it was, the easy way to measure and cut the rope would be to loop it around the bed, to judge the length and then cut it then and there. Stretching it across two rooms makes no sense at all. Or, as Martinez said, they would not have HAD to have cut it in the first place. It could've been tied at any point.

IMO, there was no rope, it's just an excuse to explain why there was a knife handy.

I have been so obsessed over this trial. I initially thought Travis was a jerk. Now, after listening to her on the stand - there is NO WAY in hell that he abused her. Tragic that his path even crossed hers. When he told her "she was the worst thing that could ever happen to him"; if he had only known how bad it was going to be for him. Poor guy. I hope they put her to death. I am inclined to think because she is a woman, she will get life.

Did Nurmi ask her if her hands were stretched from one side of the bed to the other? I thought he did and she said yes. If it's a king size bed as she said I don't see how that could be.

I NEVER believed the rope story either. She has had FIVE years to sit in jail and think of every plausible explanation to get off. She probably thought because they did not take pics of the bed in the investigation, she would use that as an excuse. She thinks she is so much smarter than anyone else. A smirking, living-dead person is what shows in her eyes. Her eyes are dead.

She also broke her left finger attacking him. She was left handed. The attack was so vicious, I could see that happening. Too bad they don't have an earlier photo of her hand straight. When she curves it, you cannot tell it is broken. She is such a lying bitch.

His family could also get any money that she may receive from future sales of her artwork. Once someone kills someone demand for their artwork usually goes up.

ok, something I'm confused about. The pictures of her naked and the ones of him still alive in the shower, were they before any attack occurred?

Yes. I believe the attack began when he stepped out and started to dry his hair at the sink. She stabbed him in the chest. Why there was so much blood spurt. Then, she stabbed his back as he leaned over the sink to throw up blood. He tried to get away from her by going to the hall. Not sure if he was crawling. Someone mentioned that the blood stains were no more than 12 inches high, meaning he had to be on his knees. When he finally went down, she straddled him and cut his throat. Then dragged him back to the shower area. She shot him near the shower door. Why the casing is there in blood. She shot him last. I believe he was probably in a death grip at that point and she probably got scared to hear it. Then, she shoved him in the shower and washed him down. Took the bathroom matts, towels (w exception of one that was found in the machine).

I have always felt her story was a lie. If there was a struggle near the tub like she said, why would Travis' robe look like it was never touched? She lied to save her ass. Hope the jury does not buy it.

Seriously, this trial is like Crack to me. I don't know what I'll do when it's over! But every time I start to get caught up in the general WTF'ery of it all I think about the pictures of what she did to Travis and remember what this is really about.

It is totally like crack. I haven't been this addicted to a trial in a long time. Seriously need it to finish so I can get back to work.
