I have to say that Jodi is a pis poor anti-social....most can keep their lies strait...only cause they are masters at it...this is one reason I question this diagnosis. Most of the kids (yes kids) hold up very well on the stand when they have been caught, even under intense scrutiny.
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Justice11 again.

I always thought that if there actually was a rope that it was to drag him back to the shower area. But good Lord, who can actually decipher anything that she says after so many lies? I can't believe a thing...nothing...that she says. She could say her name was Jodi and I'd have to get it verified.

i wish the jury could see that video. if nothing else, it showed this was a guy she knew wasn't a threat to her, in any way. if she knew what normal feelings and emotions felt like, she would know why noone believes her story. or should i say stories. the video made me feel sad down in my bones.

I saw the video...My impressions:
1. Jodi was laying practically on top of Travis.
2. Travis did not seem to be hiding Jodi, he actually had his arm over her.
3. Jodi did not seem to be engaging with the group, or interested at all in the story that Travis was telling about being held at gunpoint. She laid on him, then sat up, and was shaking her hair back and forth, and running her hands through her hair. You would think that Travis was talking about a trip to the grocery store or something else mundane like that.

Yes. I'm not sure when this video was taken? If it was discussed with the guests I missed it. Anyway...I found it interesting the he still held her hand when she sat up and fake yawned. That shows affection to me.
Because what would bring us back to watch his show tomorrow night?

My impression of the video: She's totally bored with anything that isn't Travis-Jodi-Only. Her laying all over him was a sign of possession to me. Nobody else is doing that. I wonder how long after that she was whispering in his ear "I'm tired, Travis, let's go to bed." However, it was difficult to look at Travis, a likeable, engaging guy and know what his fate was at the hands of that wicked thing.
Everything that I have seen or heard through out this trial says that he is very likable and had his shit together until he met her. He even stated "you are the worse thing that has ever happened to me!"
I think this video shows Travis gave Jodi an idea of her many stories she told 48 hrs. Travis is describing a robbery situation with a man that has a gun to his head. Very similar details. Want to see more to know for sure.
