I agree. It only bolsters the state's argument that she had a fresh Brazilian that day and that's why it hurt her. A fresh Brazilian would show premeditation.

she was referring to June 4th when she was talking to Det. Flores but was also referring to the prior shaving pic at the same time.
ETA: the shaving thing is an issue because Martinez is saying that no rope existed - that Jodi was never tied up. She said on direct that she was tied up and Travis was going down on her and she said to stop because he hadn't shaved and his face was scratchy.
And Jodi states that Travis didn't shave on 6/4 at all. But his face appears freshly shaved in the shower pics.
At least thats how I understand it.

I thought I heard her say that she did this specifically for Travis because he didn't like hair. At least that's the gyst I got from her testimony on direct. She had been gone since April, so there was no need for her to have a "fresh" Brazilian unless she was headed out to see him. Of course, I could say this, and then her testimony today or in the future may (if asked) conveniently say that's not true and she got them regularly. I don't know about you, but OUCH, it's not something I'd be doing unless absolutely necessary. :)

How can Jodi Arias claim that she stood back from the shower while taking the pictures because she didn't want to get water on the camera and, at the same time, make the contradictory claim that she was showing the pictures to Travis in between shots to decide whether to keep them or not? Travis was in the shower during the entire photo session so she would have had to come close to him in the shower to show him the pictures? That would have risked getting water on it. No?

i'm trying to figure it out myself. i think it's confusing because Jodi is making it confusing. She talked to Det. Flores about it "taking a lot of convincing while he was shaving" to get him to allow her to take pictures of him in the shower, but she's claiming that the only time she took pictures of Travis in the shower was June 4. So now it sounds like she was talking to him about shower pictures while he was shaving but he said no, then she took the shaving pictures, so where is her asking him permission to take pictures on the 4th? I think what really throws me is that Det. Flores was showing her the pictures from the day of the murder when they were having the conversation, so it doesn't make sense that she was talking about something else.Travis' sister crying
