Poor Jodi. Travis made her buy the KY. That is just so abusive. I have to admit I have abused my husband in a similar fasion. He has bought countless boxes of tampons (3 girls in the house), hemorrhoid creams, KY etc. I sure hope he doesn't hold any deep resentment over it and planning on stabbing me for it.

She was obviously able to outrun the jogger when he was chasing her throughout the house. She was even able to climb shelves for a gun and still outrun him while he was in hot pursuit

There is another conflict in testimony that bothers me. First she said it was pop rocks and tootsie rolls. I thought i had that figured out. Now she says it was tootsie pops. Now I need to figure out what the heck they did with tootsie pops...where did they go that they melted into nothing? Do tootsie pops melt in contact with KY?
It doesn't really, but there was testimony earlier in the trial (feels like eons ago) about her loving to jog. It was either her or one of the men that testified earlier, but I'm pretty sure Nurmi was going to use that line of questioning to explain why she was able to escape from him in the bathroom. Juan made a point about what great shape Travis was in, implying that he couldn't have actually been chasing Jodi or he would have caught her. I got the impression Nurmi was trying to dispute that by pointing out that Travis was not a runner but Jodi was. It's no biggie, it was just something I noticed.
Nurmi did say John Dick-head. He was mocking Travis though. Jodi claimed Travis referred to John Dixon that way.
Been following the trial while schooling the past few days of testimony... Know about what's happening in the trial but were there any bombs that went off in here while I was absent? Like Mike posting never before seen pictures? lol.

There was an exhibit that was shown in court this afternoon, but I could only see part of it. It apparently had Jodi bent backward a little bit, but it was so dark, I have no idea what I was seeing. Does anyone have this pic?
Maybe if Nurmi could figure out how to ask a question correctly, and Jodi could figure out how to answer succinctly, we'd have a lot fewer sidebars.
