yeah I would think generally when someone tears pages out of something, they go in the trash. Not in some hidden drawer in case you might need them some day in a trial.

We have obviously failed to grasp what the producers of TruTV and others who up to now have been broadcasting the live proceedings out of a certain courtroom in Phoenix, Arizona, have obviously come to recognize. There is no longer anything resembling a 'Trial' at that location. While, in form, it may resemble a 'Trial' in reality it has evolved into an exercise where the principal character, Ms. Jodi Ann Arias, ably assisted by her two supporting characters, Mr. Kirk Nurmi and Ms. Jennifer Willmott, are able skipping through the courtroom springling Pixie Dust into the eyes of all participants and onlookers, so they may magically perceive the glories that will come to all on the day when Ms. Jodi Ann Arias is freed from her bondage. It is only because of the pressure of time and budget constraints that attended all of their preparations that Ms. Arias, Mr. Nurmi and Ms. Wilmott have not been able to acquire the suitable costumes for their performance. Otherwise, they would have appeared in the appropriate Tu-Tu and Toe Shoes. They beg your indulgence. Please Enjoy the show.

Is that where they were? I don't understand how JM wouldn't have seen them during cross, or they wouldn't be a part of his cross. The ones we were read yesterday showed how torn up she was over their breakup (imo). I mean, why else would she be considering suicide at that point in time? Does anyone have a screen shot of those pages? I'd love to re-read them.

They're not new pages. Nurmi was making a big deal about how Jodi has torn some pages out/in half. Jodi said she did it because of some not so great things she wrote about Travis and suicide.

No I just made that up. I have no idea where they were but people don't keep that stuff USUALLY. Jodi isn't usual though.

I think STARBUCKS needs to start sending the jury pots of coffee for their lunch and breaks. Maybe CINNABON can chip in to. Because the defense is obviously trying to put them asleep and thereby causing a mistrial.

I pretty much gave up on it as of yesterday. I'll try to check out the youtube later at night where I can ff through the bullshit, but not too interested right now. Even the bf yesterday was like, "Turn on the Jodi trial!" and I was like, "Nahh."

Maybe that's why InSession was cancelled. Jodi's droning on killed it.

it might be my imagination, but i swear while watching her read her journal it looked like she was keeping the wrong ring finger bent and the supposedly crooked one was straight a couple of times, then she'd put it back into her lap really quickly.......
