I live in Arizona and I concur... as much as I want to hope we don't get a bunch of idiots like they found in Florida to sit on Casey's jury, I'm worried about the potential for a stubborn moron or two.
Since when is it not an enjoyable part of sex to want to give pleasure to the person you're having it with and to take pleasure from doing that? I was on a jury once and we reenacted the situation for ourselves and tried to piece it together. They gave us "most" of the evidence and some documents to work with. This was in Oklahoma and not a murder case but I hope that this jury gets to use some of the evidence during deliberation.

Yep, I probably should have left out my comment... that is "all" this is about... It is true that they are trying to show that he had some kind of abusive hold on her, although it really doesn't fly with me since she pretty much came to him and he didn't really go to her.
