Yeah, it was just kind of left hanging out there...Kind of like JM left the coded information in the magazines hanging out there after he introduced them and the entire Matt McCartney situation.

Total head-scratchers...I'm assuming there's a "method to his madness," so to speak, and perhaps he'll bring it all full circle on his closing argument. There are so many aspects to this case that may never be explained but that T-shirt and its implied message left hanging out there really bugs me for some unknown reason (because I'm anal like that...not anal like Jodi was anal, but you know what I mean, lol!).

Sky and Chris Hughes are defenitely on the Prosecution Witness List, so the short and shorts thing may come back. Hopefully, that's Martinez' plan. As for Matt, we still have the outstanding defense motion before the higher courts, where Nurmi is asking for an order to supress any evidence related to the forged letters and Matt is smack in the middle of that. If he's part of the magazine code business, and, if Martinez gets him on the stand, perhaps Martinez will clean up both of those issues. We can only hope.

Without the shoe to match it to, I don't think a print would be of much value, unless it was good enough to show a shoe the same size that Jodi would wear. There is no point in spending court time on things that will not move the prosecutor's case forward...

In fairness, Jodi called them shorts. It was the male attys including Juan that turned them into underwear.
I don't believe for a minute Nurmi would risk his law license to invent / forge evidence. Def attys play a lot of court room tricks, IN the court room is all, but not any that could get them in to that degree of trouble for one client. Exactly WHY he let JA represent herself for a week on the forged letters! He wanted no part of that fiasco.

Yes. The shorts were obviously done by an amateur and I don't know of any machine (silk screen or otherwise) that could handle those pants. The shirt could have been done in any mall t-shirt shop. It looked professionally done.

lol, I was having a moment when Juan fell for the 'underwear' label. I see that icon as banging head and that is what I was doing when he ignored JA's 'shorts' label for them and followed Nurmi's "underwear" twist. UGH the old power of suggestion. It's happened a few times in this case. Flores was calling the 'rope' a thread and within five mins, Nurmi had him calling it a rope.

Nurmi slapped the both with a subpeona too. I think it was trickery to keep them from watching and reporting to the prosecutors office inconsistancies they catch. But, none the less, they are on his list now too.

I think the exlude motion has been handled. The court docket shows it was Feb 25 and, Nurmi referred to we should talk about the 'excluded' evidence then the judge said yes, approach.

I admit I do go to the serious side when I see someone accusing an atty of a crime. eek, That is the kind of thing you could be sued over and they aren't going to care if you thought it funny or not. Just saying

Based on our earlier experiences with the sociopath in our own lives, I think my hubby is starting to get interested in the trial now too. He's not into it like I am, but he knows enough that we can now converse extensively on it. LOL!

Maybe I should post a disclaimer of sorts. Although I am not a criminologist or a psychologist, I don't believe you to be an expert in this case to detect sociopathic and/or psychopathic tendencies in a person. You just have to watch and observe certain traits very carefully, and I believe she exhibits those traits. That's just my personal opinion on the matter, but I also appreciate any and all others opinions as well, even if I we don't see eye to eye.

People Jodi worked with said she was the nicest girl, always so helpful. I bet none of them crossed her. They would have seen her true self then.

Yeah it is the same girl. She was in court for the trial, for a week (don't remember which one). She was crying, and looking high as a kite, most of the time. She's her BFF.
