I've always thought the casing could have been kicked into the blood during the struggle....if she did shoot him first. But I know that is going against the ME.

I thought that was possible initially, but it doesn't really make sense with all the blood in the bathroom that it would be pristine with no blood spatter on it.

I don't think you should be allowed to be in a jury of a murder 1 trial if you are anti DP. Period. This case being a good example. Overwhelming evidence of guilt across the board. Tax payers should not have to pay that POS room and board the rest of her life.

death penalty cases often take 15 years or more to exhaust the costly appeals process. on top of the cost of the court proceedings, you have to house them in a higher security facility, bringing the cost to house death row inmates quite a bit more expensive than a LWOP inmate.

I'm sorry but what is this supposed to be? Funny? Because all I find it is kind of disrespectful.

It's a satire of the trial using Jodi's words and phrases as a mirror to show what I think really happened. A caricature with comic and tragic elements, exaggerated for effect. It certainly could be offensive if viewed as a satire of the murder itself, and that's why I included the other characters. Thinking back to the OJ trial, lots of humorous skits and spoofs were presented even though two people were killed.

Possibly, but there is a way to convey how we think he may of felt without making it one massive joke. I'd imagine his last few moments were absolutely terrifying, not something to be taken quite so lightly, in my opinion.

I understand what you're saying. But I think the poster was only trying to give Travis a voice, not minimize the tragedy, and some parts others might describe as inappropriate humor, I took as chilling irony. Actually, reading it gave me great pause, as I could almost hear Travis speaking to us, to the hell that this woman put him through, that day, and before. I understand how some might take objection, but in the end justice will be served to this evil person, one way or another.

It's been great to have all the recaps and running commentary of you all, as i don't get a chance to watch or listen to whats going on. Just read the posts about the stab wounds (page 1475-ish)and i didn't realise Travis had 3 to his tummy area, i wonder when she did these? I've also noticed that the blood drops/pooling in the bathroom, especially near the bath and scales are perfect 'neat' drops and have not been disturbed by the water rinsing she did. So i'm assuming Travis walked and stayed still in this area (due to a fair size pool of blood) poor man, and also then makes me think her story doesn't add up (aside from the obvious!) due to the quickness she says everything happened to her, versus Travis' obvious staggering/running/freezing whilst being killed. Lastly, i'm always curious as to how no footprints/shoeprints were found (at least i think none were found!) so how did she do this-its always puzzled me! Anyways just realising im gabbing on like a fool so thanks in advance for your answers and i can at last now use my favourite emoticon ever..... love Gilly

I believe there is one shoe print that was found in the bathroom. Near the closet I believe. They were perhaps not able to match it to any specific shoes, so it was not used in the trial. I am 100% convinced that Jodi had shoes on and took them off at some point. The pic with the shoe/sock in it looks like a shoe to me. I think there is a sole on the bottom. Socks don't have soles. Jodi likely burned the shoes or threw them in the desert or a dumpster.

I felt uncomfortable reading it. It paints Travis in a douche bag sort of light. If you think Travis really was a douche bag, you would likely find it funny.

But, I do the "Dear Diary" posts, and I'm sure they can be offensive as well, so I don't really have a right to point fingers at anyone.

I will say though, that I try to not be disparaging to Travis at all since he is the victim, not the cold blooded murderer. Of course, if you are anti Travis and Pro Jodi, you would be very offended by them. I don't think anyone at the "Jodi Arias Is (not even close to being) Innocent" site is laughing at them at all.

I think she showered and cleaned, then put him into the shower. Or she had a bath AFTER she put him into the shower.

A lot of people speculate that she cleaned herself in the shower AFTER she dragged Travis' body there. Disgusting, isn't it?

I was reading the investigators report that someone kindly posted the link to, recently. I couldn't believe my eyes....someone said that Jodi sometimes got in through the DOG door?! Oh Em Effing Geeeeeeeeeeee!

There were numerous other examples of stalking type behavior by Jodi that were not admitted by the court. It was bad.

I respect your opinion and understand we obviously don't have the same sense of humour. However, I will say that Jodi has disrespected the memory of, and defamed, Travis with her words and lies. That I do not find funny. None of us knew what Travis was really like, unlike his friends and family, who do have a presence online. I hope they don't have the pleasure of coming across things like that which make light of his last moments. Again, this is merely my opinion and I'd hope you atleast be aware I wasn't the only one who found that in poor taste.

Not to mention, LE would have found blood in the car. I believe she cleaned up and changed her clothes before leaving the house. This was planned, when she took her bags out to the car, she brought in the weapons and a change of clothes. Sister B mentioned her carrying something like a backpack. She had to have something to take away the murder weapons. She didn't run out of the house, covered in blood, carrying a gun, a knife and a rope. I'm pretty sure someone would have noticed that.

ETA: I know there wasn't a rope, I was following her testimony.
