Does anyone know what model his camera was? I'd like to look and see if it came with a neck strap. Most of the "higher end" ones do. I don't believe the rope was ever in the bedroom. There was no reason for her take it with her, except to cover up that she was there at all.

These are some of the questions I've come up with:

How does Travis, who's sitting down in a teeny tiny shower, naked and wet, suddenly stand up to tackle Jodi outside the shower? If he was worried about the camera, wouldn't he have more reasonably leaned out of the shower to catch it?
And, how on earth did that camera move from the shower area (where she claims to have dropped it) to the end of the hallway near the carpeted bedroom to take the dragging pic?
Plus, she wants us to believe she jumped up for a gun in the far corner of a closet, instead of running out the door that was right there?
And, lastly, how do we know he was going to "kill" her? She based her whole reason for shooting him on the incident in August 2007, right? But in that incident, Travis only hugged her?
Lastly, if Travis said anything like "kill you bitch," it was AFTER she shot him, right? Doesn't Travis deserve self defense after being shot?
What bothers me about this whole scenario is that Jodi was able to get away from him several times. If she is to be believed, she had the opportunity to leave, she just didn't take it...she turned the first time into the closet, and then left the closet into the bathroom with the gun and turned around to shoot.

Hell, nothing about her story makes sense to me. It's more believable that she just wanted Travis DEAD, and that's exactly what she accomplished.

BBM -- I wasn't able to watch the entire cross yesterday. Regarding the above bold: Did JM address this at all yesterday? Did he question her as to whether she picked up the camera at some point during the "struggle?" Did he ask her anything about the camera being found in the washer?

She said she doesn't remember how the camera got there but she acknowledged it was her that moved it. Same with it ending up in the washer.

NO. Everyone is pro-death, pro Sheriff Nottingham. It's insane. I think she's guilty, too, and I'm not a DP proponent.

Im against the death Penalty. I definitely think SHE IS GUILTY, PREMEDITATED 1st Degree MURDER. Life without Parole for her, for how cruel and torturous and planned it was and for her complete total lack of remorse.

I am a huge supporter of the Innocence Project. Our justice system is way too flawed to put people to death. Troy Davis is a perfect example. and Damien Ecchols was very close to being another. And there are many more.

And when even if someone is beyond a doubt as guilty as hell, I still could never agree with the death penalty. But thats just a personal opinion/feeling. We are all individuals with our own beliefs

I think may have shot him with her left hand and accidentally pressed the camera button at the same time with her right.

I've been asking myself those exact questions as well (both posters).

JM did mention the camera in the washing machine but only briefly, asking her if in fact it wasn't she who put the camera in the washing machine. She said yes, I "must have." But he made no more of the camera in the wash, didn't speak about the two loads of laundry that she did, the sheets.

And I will never believe that he stood up from that seated position (in the shower on his butt) to reach down to the kneeling Jodi, lifting her and body slamming her. Her claim that the camera, dropped a mere two feet to a soft bathmat, bounced TWICE then rolled to the side, doesn't make sense either! I took an old Nixon SLR camera I have that's no longer working, and dropped it 3 feet onto a bathmat and it just dropped...thud. Didn't bounce, didn't roll.

And like "Doll Face," I still haven't heard JM explain or speculate how/why the camera, which was on the floor of the bathroom after she shot him, found its way to the end of the hallway. Did she take it with her as she chased him down the hallway? How did the "dragging" picture and the other "accidental" shot of her foot on the threshold get taken? That's still confusing me.

Hmm, could be, except that the bullet casing was found (top side free of any blood spatter) laying on top of a large pool of blood. The casing fell onto the blood pool, and if she shot him first, that pool of blood would not have been there.

And, it looks like his legs are crossed....I wonder if she told him to do this? It would be very difficult for him to get up if she was attacking him with a knife or to defend himself if she was pointing a gun at him....

ETA: I have on HLN, they are recreating Jodi's claim that Travis attacked her. So far they are saying her story doesn't make sense. As we've been saying all along, but it's interesting to see.
