She didn't take those, those are evidence photos taken by the forensics team while uncovering and documenting the scene. The only pictures of the actual scene during or after the actual crime are the accidental photos - the ceiling, and the two dragging photos.

a lot of the bloody pics shown were police photos. the ones taken during and after the murder with travis's camera were the dragging pic and jodi's foot in front of travis's bloody body. they were accidental or from an auto-timer. i still don't get where the camera would have been based on the angle, it seems like it would have to have been taken a foot or two off the floor yet it's from behind or to the side of where jodi must have been.

I think she's more upset with how Travis has messed up HER life. She's not upset with what she did but how this whole thing affects her. If he hadn't done XYZ she wouldn't have HAD to kill him and she wouldn't be in this position. It's not her fault she's in this position. It's his. He made her do it.
