Late afternoon
EX 162 Pant leg picture-Jodi doesn't know when room mates got home. She doesn't know if they were there. Jodi is wearing socks. The pants do have a zipper. It's Travis' head and foot in the picture. Jodi doesn't remember moving the camera. She doesn't remember anything. The camera landed by the tub when the chase happened. JM is trying to prove she moved the camera. Travis in the condition of this photo could not remove the camera.
The camera ended up in the washer.
Jodi admits she put the camera in the washer.
Travis never left the bathroom.
Jodi knew what happened-but doesn't know why the camera went into the washer.

So .. maybe I am ignorant and forgive me but is the media trying to obtain " court transcripts" that they didn't highlight on tv or kept closed so they can report on it? Or am I totally off on what is happening after the court adjourned for the day.. I couldn't figure out why they were still there.
That's what I'm hoping. I want to see her squirm to that, and I think it is very important to point it out to the jury that it is impossible for her scenario to have taken place in that short of an amount of time!

But she had a memory of all the running around, then them wrestling, then the amount of stab wounds and slit throat could be just characterized by the evidence. Her scenario, even without all the stabs and slit throat, would be unlikely to fit into 2 minutes.
