I agree. I think he was playing a role earlier when some thought he was not doing well. I think he knows how he needs to be in different phases of the trial and is playing it well.

She was! She was there when the cops came to take the report! She said that yesterday when Martinez asked what was missing and tried to ask why her laptop wasn't taken. He asked if she was allowed to look around and see if anything was missing and she said yes, "after the cops got done doing what they do" with regards to checking the "crime scene".

Yeah I thought so, but now she says she only found out about the gun being stolen when she got back from the trip. wtf? surely she can keep that story straight since she's had to talk about it several times in the last few days.

The first REAL emotion I've seen from this woman. The BS is over, she knows what she did. And I feel sorry for her...NOT because I forgive her one bit for what she did; she destroyed the life of a good and decent man, slaughtered him in cold blood, but because this attractive, bright woman who COULD HAVE lived a positive, fulfilling life, threw her life away for nothing. It's sad, very sad.
