I forget who posted the video of them hauling the 500lb chain. Bacon maybe? She said she was 140 at that time I believe. She looked thinner than Jodi in any of the 2007-2008 pictures. I'm going to say that Bacon probably had a bit of that weight in muscle, because she did look very fit. I'd guess Jodi was similar, or a few pounds light, minus the muscles. Although Ryan Burns said she was very strong. And I recall reading a conversation, I think it was between Jodi and Ryan where they were talking about body types etc. and Jodi mentioned about wanting to have a 6-pack, so I would say she did some form of working out.

Jodi rolled from Travis. Jodi got up. Then she ran and she heard his footsteps, but she didn't know. She "thinks"
Jodi slammed the door. She couldn't see Travis. She couldn't see his eyes.
Even though you didn't know what he was doing on the other side of the door, you went for a weapon? Jodi said she wanted to run, then in a split second remembered the gun and grabbed it. Jodi didn't know where Travis was. Travis was NOT in the closet with her.

Dan Freeman- The fight over the bookbag. Dan didn't get mad at Jodi. It sparked a fight between Travis and Jodi. Travis started the fight. (I'm not sure why this is important-other than JM might be trying to prove Jodi is crazy)
Jodi threatened physical harm to Travis in text messages.
EX 443- Fighting text messages. Jodi hangs up on Travis. Jodi is being bitchy in the text.

Gun- She grabs the gun, runs out the door.
EX 72- Travis' body in shower. Jodi runs in the bathroom. She wants him to not get near her. She took a few steps then turned around. The floor was wet and she doesn't remember if she had socks
EX 162- The pant leg photo- She is wearing footwear in that photo? YES, a black sock.
The bathroom floor is wet. Travis is wet. Jodi is wearing black socks and she's dry (that makes sense because she was just slammed on a wet tile floor by a wet, naked man. Right?). The socks buy better traction. She's in the center of the bathroom. The gun is in both hands. He's at the door of the closet. He got close and she shot him.

Jodi says she is not looking at Travis She didn't need to look at him b/c she already knew what he was doing. He was cussing and screaming at her. Jodi doesn't see blood and Travis is very angry. He's still grabbing at Jodi (maybe he was begging for help).
She screamed Stop when she pointed the gun at him.
She is having a hard time remembering events after shooting him. Jodi was not hurt, other than the wonky finger. She just f'ed up and admitted that she injured her finger during the killing. (BOOM) (Busted!!) (She's trying to backtrack very hard right now. Snarky again)
Travis grabbed the knife she stabbed him with (Objection from Nurmi)
Jodi killed Travis. Jodi did say on the stand not even 5 minutes ago....the only visable injuries she received on June 4 was her finger. (LOL)
Travis is down, what happens then? He yells "fucking kill you bitch" but Jodi is able to get away.
