What difference does it make if she had an accomplice? That only makes it more 1st degree murder. Don't think she did, b/c she would have thrown him under the bus. But I do think it is the truth that Travis managed to knock the gun out of her hand. She had too much rage to not have shot every bullet she had into him.

So quick question.....she's acting out her bullshit story without the jury or media/gallery present. Will they possibly do this in front of the jury and others if the judge allows it in? I've seen this before in a trial, where they go over things without the jury and then, if allowed, the jury comes back and sees. If disallowed, it just isn't done or allowed in. Trying to word this properly....eek.
