I have washed a memory card, memory stick (thumb drive) and an ipod touch. The memory card and stick were fine. The Ipod was fine except wifi wouldnt work. All these items went through the dryer too with the memory card and stick completely dry and hot. The ipod got my attention banging around in the dryer and was very wet. To completely dry electronic items, put in a zip lock bag with dry rice and then set it on top of something warm..like a cable box for few days
