A long delay. Twitter is saying the attorneys are in the judge's chambers and no Jodi yet.

Jodi is on the stand. JM is still up for cross.

EX 470-admitted
JM is bringing up her luggage and about packing it in the car on Jun 4. He's reading her a previous transcript of what she said in court. It would have been after 2 when she took her luggage down to the car.
Jodi is not sure about the time. Jodi is sure it was after sex. Jodi said she was dressed.
She doesn't know when she packed her luggage and put it in the car.
Jodi said she put her own luggage in the car.
Jodi says her car was in the driveway.
Jodi and Travis are looking at CD's. This event to awhile. Jodi doesn't know the exact time. Then they had sex after the CD event.

Travis goes to take a shower.
Jodi went to the bathroom across the hallway. They went upstairs to take photos. Travis agreed to take photos.
JM is now bringing out another conversation she had with another cop about a different story.
EX 503-admitted- Jodi wearing the jail uniform. Jodi's talking about Travis was doing that day to another cop.
Jodi had to convince Travis to take the photos. BUT not on June 4 (Jodi says) (Here they go-words back and forth again)
JM is replaying the video. (He just caught Jodi in another lie-Jodi says this day is another day besides June 4) Was Travis shaving? Months prior. (Jodi is word playing again)
Jodi said before that Travis had not shaved- But she was just caught in another lie.

EX 159- The shower picture. Last one where Travis was alive. JM is showing where Travis was clean shaven.

JM is replaying EX 503 for the third time.

EX 159- Jodi now says it appears he was shaved. Now Jodi is saying she didn't see him shave that day. Jodi just said JM has a run-on sentence.

Jodi doesn't know how long she was standing there taking pictures.
Travis bought the camera after Jodi left in April-June.
June 4th was the first time she touched the camera. (Jesus, she can't just answer a question)
Jodi doesn't remember the time she started to take photos. (now she's doing dumb) Jodi doesn't remember who deleted the porn pictures. Jodi *may* have deleted them, but she can't be sure. Jodi is saying her word is the "truth" (HAHA)
Jodi believes Travis deleted the photos-maybe, probably, but maybe not. (IDK)

Jodi tells JM he is all over the place.

Jodi begin to snap photo's for the CK look in the shower. (I'm sure the Jodi is the reason the Pope quit)
Jodi will not give a straight answer on who deleted pictures in the camera.
EX 160 The door was opened and Travis was seated there. She forgot about the fumble of the photos. Jodi said this picture was an accident picture.
EX 161- the ceiling.
She is saying she may have hit the shutter button by accident.

Did he get mad when you took a picture of his butt? No, we just deleted it. He was not angry.

EX 159-Travis sitting down-Jodi directed him in this photo. He's standing in the beginning photos-then Jodi directs him to sit down before he was attacked.

EX 161- the ceiling-5:31:14- Travis was seated. Jodi says she was kneeling.
EX 249- diagram- Jodi was at #4 in the bathroom.
EX 160- Jodi was kneeling. She is saying she was in the same spot between 249 & 161. Now she is pointing at the spot where the camera fell. Right by the bathtub. She doesn't recall a bathmat but there was a shower mat.
Travis snapped. He stood up and said "Fucking idiot" (what happened to Fucking kill you?)
He bodyslammed Jodi. Her head is facing South (she remembers that)

She doesn't remember the camera anymore at this point. Jodi rolled to her left. Travis is out of the shower. HAHA-now she's saying he was in the shower when he body slammed her-maybe.
Was he out of the shower when he body slammed you? Well, Yeah.

JM just says that Jodi remember very well. He was standing by her knees.
What happens next? She hit her head and got the wind knocked out of her. Now JM is hitting her hard on the wind being knocked out of her. Jodi wasn't having problems breathing. Now Jodi doesn't remember if she had the wind knocked out of her.

Jodi rolled and ran down the hallway. She rolled to the left. She has clothes on. Travis is naked. Jodi doesn't know how she was able to roll and run.
Did he stoop over to get you? I wasn't looking.
Could he have been trying to help you? Jodi doesn't know how to answer it (BOOM- I thought she felt she was in danger)
She wanted to run away from him. She doesn't know where she was running or where she was at. She runs down the hallway in the closet.
Travis was in good shape, but Jodi assumed he was chasing her. She didn't even look behind her.
Jodi slams the closet door
EX 78- Travis' body in the shower. She is crying very hard.
Were you crying when you shot him, stabbed him, cut his throat? IDK
Jodi admits that she did it. She admits she lied.
JM tells her to look at the picture and put her mark.

I havent been able to catch this trial minute by minute. I have caught some on tv snd some on xm radio between working. Even I can poke holes in her story. Actually I could push a boulder through her holes ( no pun intended).

I do feel that jm is browbeating some issues that are actually helping her. Im no attorney though and I know he has an awesome track record.

Also, I want to mention, I have been married 23 years. I cant count how many times my husband or myself has said "fuck you" or "you fucking idiot" when we are pissed at each other. We have actually thrown shoes and even a desk top telephone at each other. Good Times! I am not an abused woman though and he isnt an abused man. Sometimes we just get pissed and say things we dont mean. Meh. Human nature.

Now recall the other photo of Jodi with her hand bent and resting when she had her arm around her sister's shoulder. Not jacked up looking. She was trying to imply that her finger looked normal because it was bent and resting. NOT THE CASE!
