When did Jodi buy her 9mm, I know it was not long before her arrest but do we know exact date?

I think Ron is simply being devils Advocate. Jodi is fighting for her life. Whether or not she is guilty doesn't make it any less of a struggle for her to try to get out of it. She may sound convincing in some places and then she loses her credibility in others. Over-all She is not guilty, yet. If he can bring up points that make me wonder, I don't think it is a bad thing. There is just so much evidence here that is screaming she is guilty so I am on the guilty side for now.

I'm still open to the idea that someone helped her after she killed him. It's possible that they moved him and realized they couldn't clean it up so they skeedaddled. I just need something to solidify it in my mind. Right now it's a 'what if'

Delightful summary! Since we are privy to the pundits and male friends who loaned money to Jodi for the trip, we know the male friend loaned her 1k. That might could leave her with $100 dollars. But what woman would be far from home with only $20 cash? Wouldn't the detectives log in Travis's personal belongings like his wallet? That must be on record somewhere, but not necessarily in the testimony.

Yup! That's what's missing here. We haven't got access to the detailed inventory of Travis's personal possessions after his body was found. If we did have, we could soon trace any money had to some sort of bank transaction--or vice-versa, and figure out if there might be a discrepancy. It's called Forensic Accounting. I used to do it as a student by examining the "Books of Account" to determine what Queen Elizabeth I Master of the Revels used to spend on a production of Shakespeare at Court. Fascinating but not very useful work, but it provided a very clear picture of what people were doing, where they were doing it and how much it cost. The records from over 400 years ago still exist. Shouldn't be too hard to get them from five years ago. Follow the money!

Continuing along the money line, then I'll stop. Travis was renting out two rooms in his house for $450.00 month each. That's $900.00. Was the last rental payments of the tenants ever accounted for? If I was Martinez, I would have dug a lot deeper into the financial transactions between Travis and Jodi Arias and into their each of their respective financial records. But Lawyers aren't Accountants, so they don't see things through that prism. Somewhere in the record, I think in an interview with Flores or maybe in a TV interview, I recall Jodi Arias emphasizing that she wishes or that her life would have been a lot better if she had more financial resources. I think that was a (pathetic) driving force within her considering that her first venture into being a "Real Estate Investor" ended in such a disaster and she lost what little she had ever accumulated.
