If I remember correctly on day two JM pulled out a transcript of her earlier testimony because she was having "memory problems."

What purpose was served when Juan Martinez tallied up the total of Jodi Arias's cash purchases of gasoline to $185.00, before starting on the last leg of her trip to Mesa? (from Desert Centre?) After this, he said, Jodi would have spent all the cash she testified she had when she left Yreka (not more than $200.00). Does anybody think he's setting her up for an accusation that she 'stole' cash from Travis after killing him. If anybody in Salt Lake saw her with cash, or if the police found receipts for anymore cash purchases on the drive back to Yreka, she is in deep doo-doo, unless she can prove she withdrew cash from her bank account through an ATM. Interesting?

Remember this, while she was still clinging to the Ninja story, Jodi said the guy took her money out of her wallett when he went through her purse, but that he didn't get the $80.00 she had tucked in the back pocket of her jeans? That part of the story may be one of the true facts, but where did the money come from?

It's too late for her to say that Travis gave her money, even if he did. Maybe Jodi told Travis that she spent all her cash on gas coming to see him guilted him into giving her er $80.00 so that she could continue on to Salt Lake. It would be dynamite if Martinez could bring out some evidence that Jodi ended up with money from Travis because the presumption would be that she stole it after killing him--and that's another felony mixed in with the murder.

No jodi's not just a compulsive liar its like a whole different breed! Just like casey anthony and all her "imaginary friends" in her life! Its like they are trying more to convince themselves that that's realy how there life is n that people realy do like them,want them, and need them! I didn't know there were breeds of compulsive liars, but yes, that is what they are. People who like to lie to make themselves and their life look good. I get what you're trying to say though.

Ive been listening to Jodi in her police interviews, testimony both direct and cross and now the 48 hour interview and piecing all of the possible bits of truth together.. Her ninja story.
And I think that she did shot Travis first while he was seated in the shower. But, her words in the interview with Flores "he didn't die", and when she said that it was the one time her tone changed and it sounded truthful, she was really fucking surprised he didn't die from that!!
She goes on to say the girl ninja (Jodi) tried to shoot her but the gun jammed.
I think Jodi tried to shoot Travis a 2nd time and the gun jammed then.
At this point she had to find another way to finish him. Ran downstairs, grabbed the knife and came back upstairs.
He possibly crawled to the end of the hallway by this time and she began stabbing him, he was trying to fight her off with what strength he had left. She finally slashed his throat and proceeded to drag him to the shower and begun cleaning the murder up.
