The moment he sees her, he is still standing.....leaning toward the left wall of the shower. His head is turned toward her, and the camera appears to be taken from a standing vantage point as well. He has that sort of dumbfounded look on his face. And the flash looks off. Next, is the wide-eyed frightened look. He is sitting in the shower. What is making him suddenly take a very submissive position?? Jodi, pointing a friggin gun in his face, probably. If it was a knife he saw, my guess is that instinct would have had him try to knock her off guard. But he doesn't......instead he sits down, motionless? The threat of a gun would have caused that reaction. Just my 2-cents worth.

Saw this pic and how happy everyone looks and then my mind went to the autopsy photo of his neck and face and I got the worst feeling.

I do not believe Travis didn't know she was taking pics of him in the shower. Look at the pics. They are from different angles.

I think she used the shower photo shoot as a way to lure him into a vulnerable position. Premeditation, once again.

I agree that he knew the pictures were being taken. As for being "lured" with the photoshoot, I don't totally agree there. My opinion is that he got fed up and asked her when/if she was leaving and that pissed her off. It's all speculation anyway but he's not blind or dumb enough not to realise there's a woman standing a foot away with a camera over her face.

ETA: the last photo of Travis looking directly into the camera. I think it is haunting because we know what happened next. It is possible that she pulled out a knife right then too, but who knows. It is also possible that he was making one of his wrinkly forehead expressions. He made that face in a lot of pics. I just don't believe that the look on his face proves he had no idea any of the previous pics were being taken. Just my opinion.

It would be dynamite if Martinez could bring out some evidence that Jodi ended up with money from Travis because the presumption would be that she stole it after killing him--and that's another felony mixed in with the murder.

I've noticed something..... wen I was younger my moms bf had a daughter same age as me n they moved in wit us so she started going to my school. I had a bunch of friends n was well known. This grl was always so annoying constantly lieing about everything n anything! Shit that didn't even matter! Just like jodi! Just very immature! So as u can imagine no1 liked her at all! But some of her biggest lies were about this older man she had slept wit a few times! She would make up theese stories of his doing all theese extremely romantic things for her n they would be so detailed n u could see on her face just how much she enjoyed telling theese stories almost like she was trying to make herself believe them! She would say oh he asked me to marry him n hav this whole elaborate story bout how he did it, n we knew she was lying cuz she was home that night! But we"d say where's ur ring? N she'd hav some explanation like its being sized,etc. N she'd brag about him fucking her in the ass n go on n on to any1 that would listen to her BS! N jodi does the same thing! She gets that same smile and look of enjoyment on her face wen she's telling theese very detailed over the top stories of romantic things travis did for her! Just like she is trying to make that story her actual memory instead of what realy happened! So this leads me to believe that most of the "romantic" stories were not true either! I agree... I don't think he didn't know she was taking pics... I think he knew and in fact I think she asked or told him what pose to do, especially the sitting pose, w/ the flash, where he is looking directly into the camera.... If you notice the glass shower door was still closed in that pic BUT the very next pic, where he is still sitting down, but the pic doesn't show his face (shoulders down) but shows him crossed legged still sitting, however the shower door is NOW open, as it is in the accidental pic ( the one she claims camera was dropped) shows the light above the shower along with the door being open to the shower... This is where I believe she opened the shower door ( her couldn't, he was sitting already) and stabbed him in the chest w/ her left hand while still holding the camera in her right hand and clicked the button as she tensed up while thrusting it into him.

I thought the point he was trying to make was that without cash and no debit receipts she could not have bought gas in Arizona. That's where she would have used the gas cans or she would have had to be lying and had more cash. That way there was no paper trail. Maybe I'm way off track.

How does one take photographs right in front of someone without being seen? Maybe she was like that guy who paid a wizard to make him invisible to rob a bank..

if he was showering and thought she'd left he might not have noticed her or heard her. If he had his eyes closed or if he was looking away he would not have seen the movement and when he did, he first became startled, then apprehensive, then dead.
