Agree. I'm sure he's going somewhere with all the information he's getting - but I don't think I'm smart enough to understand and I want the trial to move forward faster!

I understand it could be hard to keep a straight face the entire trial, but they shouldn't carry on like that. They know the cameras are on. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

This behavior pisses me off more than Nurmi's behavior. There's a slaughtered man's family 5 feet away from you. OH AND NEWS FLASH YOUR family member slaughtered him.l

Not a good point for JM to force... the semantics of the word "guilt". She started off saying she didn't think guilt was alwas negative, then he tried to catch her in a contradiction about calling someting guilt when she liked it, but she'd already established she didn't think of guilt as always bad. In a way this is why it does benefit Jodi to be exacting about everything she says, because the prosecution is going to be exacting and try to catch her up in the details of every little thing they can. As frustrating as it is to watch, her life is on the line so it would be stupid of her to just say "yes" and "no" without being very particular about what he is asking and what she is agreeing to. A lot of times JM does make assumptions about the meaning of words and why someone would do something or something would happen that makes his questioning seem a little sloppy and and give her some wins along the way, imo.

Exactly. I will say this over and over again: I do not believe they are really there to support her.

If I was sitting on the stand and saw my family doing that, I would immediately cry.

Only in Hoedi world is guilt a "good" thing. Prolly because she uses it against others so much.

They have the best seats in the courtroom. They are here for the freak show! Completely different then the reasons TA's family is there. They want to hear every detail that comes out of her mouth.. I would. It doesn't do anything for anyone, but I would want to know every thought in the killer's mind to give me at least the "why" I would need to move on.

I don't know what model Travis had. Unless it was an SUV, I don't think the seating capacity would be any different than Jodi's car.

I could only find this picture, which looks to seat 5, but I don't know if this is Travis' car or someone else's.

Just based on the shape of the interior, it looks as though it could be an SUV or a sedan, not a coupe.

Possibly this model from the shape of the windows/interior. http://www.bmw.com/com/en/newvehicle...oom/index.html
