Okay...this may be off base seeing how everyone feels about Jodi....Technically she is still innocent yes??? There is no verdict in this trial except in public opinion. She was caught in a very bad situation (this is barring the 'self-defense' situation) and got arrested....she is still innocent.

Exactly what I meant, ty! Getting a shot like you are getting put down for surgery is too easy for some of those people. The frustrating thing to me is that if she ever really cared for Travis the way she pretends, she would have never let all of this go this far. I feel bad for the family. Even if Travis was a sanctimonious poser and a hypocrite he didn't deserve what happened to him and it seems like she is slaughtering what memory his family has of him and getting a lot of enjoyment out of it.
