yeah, they had court in the morning but didn't continue after lunch. if you ask me, a migraine sufferer, she looked fine. but they should be feeding her. someone should let her know wearing glasses isn't good for migraines.

If it's May then I could see that being her one and only conversation recorded and it was for the sole purpose of blackmail. I think he already knew the extent of her crazy and would never request her to record him on tape saying things that would ruin his reputation.

A person doesn't have to be doing anything special to be arrested and be innocent. I actually know a guy who was arrested for his girlfriend's disappearance - she was missing for a year. Luckily, she came back. She'd just left and didn't tell anyone.

Also, as Artemis pointed out, you can just be walking down the street being Mexican.
