I don't need to see Jodi put to death. What I do need to see is that she's found guilty of 1st degree murder.

She got the weapons, tried to cover her tracks, setup her alibis, and drove over a thousand miles to Travis Alexander's home to mark her territory (by having sex with him one last time), and then make extra sure that no other woman ever got to do the same.

She's a sick psycho killer and needs to be convicted of the crime she actually committed, cold-blooded first degree murder. Her motive was very personal for her - so personal that it doesn't any make sense that she'd have some other man involved in doing this, IMHO.

I have no doubt Travis forced sex upon her and raped her at some point, but i don't really consider that real rape, so it's different in this case and obviously not justification for murder.

My mom, (who I've mentioned gets most of her information about the trial from HLN as well as some of it from me) was convinced that Jodi was a battered woman during direct. Now that she's seen the real Jodi during cross she's POSITIVE that Jodi is guilty as sin of 1st degree murder. If Jodi had just one juror believing her stories during direct, I'm pretty confident that her demeanor during cross has changed that.

yeah, they had court in the morning but didn't continue after lunch. if you ask me, a migraine sufferer, she looked fine. but they should be feeding her. someone should let her know wearing glasses isn't good for migraines.
