I can't feel sympathy for Jodi being embarrassed about her sexcapades coming to light. This was her strategy. Her defense team made that filing where they threatened to drag Travis through the mud in order to get Martinez to go for 2nd Degree Murder.

Her defense team threatened to trash the victim and that's exactly what they are doing. Now, unfortunately for Jodi, since she is making the accusations about Travis, and most of Travis' sex life was also Jodi's sex life, all her dirty laundry comes in.

But when you weigh the two, it's still not even. Jodi revealed herself to be someone who enjoyed sex and had some naked pictures shown around. Travis was accused of being a pedophile and physical abuser. One of those is a lot worse than the other, imo.

I don't agree. How could he have KNOWN she had problems like that? Do you honestly think that the thought that maybe one day she would kill him ever crossed his mind? Yea he may have thought she was crazy but I highly doubt anyone believes that someone they know (or ever cared about) is capable of doing something like that. I can't believe you would blame him for her being crazy. She testified today that about all the nice things he did for her.

She testified that she was just as into the sex as he was. She even talked to him about them both marrying other people. How could he have known how she was really feeling if she lied to him too?

Oh I agree. I'm just asking Ron to proffer up some opinions here. And if he's so sure it was someone else and Jodi was merely an accomplice, what does he feel is fair punishment? I want to see more than, "I think Jodi is too small and weak to do this, case closed" because it's not case closed. Clearly a murder happened, and if Ron thinks someone else did it, I'd like to hear his feelings about that, and the punishment due for the killer. And I'd like to see what he believes Jodi deserves as punishment, because he's putting her at the scene of a brutal murder. He may wish for her to walk, but the bottom line is, even if she was only an accomplice, she would have culpability and would face punishment of some sort. It's not okay to go along for the ride and watch a murder happen, walk away and let the person die, then cover it up.

I want to see if Ron thinks Jodi deserves punishment, and for what and how long.

I agree. There is no way he could know she would get stabby.

    BOMBSHELL: This thread:

OK.....Get this whoredome some Starbucks, Cinnabon, KY & Advil and get on with it!! Pack that bitch a sack lunch and put her ass on the bus!! I call Bullshit on the migraine. Headache maybe. Hoedi sure loves to take control of things when they aren't going her way. Geeezus.

Hoedi remembers the"cling" sound when she "woke" from her Fog..which was when she dropped the knife on the tile floor. She should remember what happened going forward from that moment...like the dragging & crime scene cleanup. You can't Clorox bloody ass walls in a FOG!!! For that matter you cant stab a man 29 times, slit his throat and not remember that shit. Get the fuck out. Lies, Lies & more Lies!!

I think Juan is doing a good job representing Travis. Hoedi totally raped his reputation up on that stand. The evidence I have seen so far convinces me that Travis was a pretty normal guy. A little arrogant? Yes. Naive? Yes, bigtime. Abusive? No. Thought Little Red Riding Hood is hot? No. Shitty little Gun owner? No. Pedophile? Hell No. Abusive? No. Pussy whooped, Hell Yes. And Hoedi is a whoredome Narcissist/Sociopath/STALKER from hell!! This jury has got to be like whatthefuckingfuck!?!? She is coming off like such a damn disrespectful spoiled ass manipulating teenage brat. Unfreakingbelievable!!

I would love to read the 18 page letter she wrote Travis' family. I mean 18 pages WTF!?!? And going to his memorial?!? wut?!? She overkilled every f'n thing!! She never stopped stalking Travis, even after she killed him!!!

Prayers to the Alexander Family..... ~Welcome New Members!!!

I find it a funny visual that women across the country are dragging their husbands and boyfriends across tile floors.

I don't believe it's cut and dried. He certainly should've wised up and closed the door and never looked back, if that would've even stopped a woman who drove 1,000 miles to kill him. I feel he may never have been able to shake her.

But, aside from that, we have proof that he did in fact care for her and treat her very well, at times, if not all the time. The trips he took her on, the money he lent her, the buying her special cinnabons and leaving them on her car for her, the selling her his car because she couldn't afford one and he let her pay what she could afford. How else would she have afforded any car, much less a bmw?

Yeah, he jizzed on her face and used her for sex, but he did a lot of things for her, as mentioned above. And she was totally and completely into all of the sex as much as he was.

He didn't just use her, he helped her. She used him too.

As for throwing it in her face and hiding that she was his girlfriend, I haven't seen any proof of that, except Jodi's words. Travis' friends all knew they were dating. They took tons of pictures together, they took a bunch of trips together. It's not like Travis hid her away in her bedroom only allowing her out for a booty call.

It certainly was not what we'd think of as a conventional relationship, that is for sure. But, it was not one-sided with Travis stringing Jodi along. They both played each other to a certain point, and the both seemed to do those regular "relationshippy" things quite a bit.

I also find that the DP gives her an instant out or release of this world where she doesn't any longer have to deal with what's she's done.I find that waiting on your body to give out while your mind alway's works to cope with what you've done if far more punishing that falling asleep and never waking up.

That being said I think most of the times she is "crying" it is fake. She is using it to manipulate. I don't think she has any remorse for what she has done and I think the only time we saw her REALLY crying was when she was told the whole phone sex tape was going to be played. Even then I think she was only crying because she didn't get her way.
She cried the other day when Martinez hit her with "Oh so you didn't kill yourself because when you nicked one of your wrists accidentally it hurt too much? Well, imagine the pain Travis felt as you stabbed him OVER AND OVER!

NCBlonde, I agree with you. They both enjoyed their sexual relationship. I believe Jodi was the teacher, with more experience and Travis enjoyed sex. He did a lot of nice things for Jodi. That Cinnibon story was very sweet. It certainly didn't sound like she was talking about a abusive rapist. Which is exactly how she tried to make it sound.

If you missed my first Jodi song parody, here's another. To the tune of:

    Jodi In Disguise With Glasses

Jodi in disguise, we know who you are
You slashed my tires and destroyed my car
Big zombie eyes stare at me all night
    Jodi in disguise, with glasses

Keep wearing those glasses on the witness stand
Looking hot in your shocker band
Telling us all of your lies
    Jodi in disguise, with glasses

Drive to me tonight, sneak in late at night
    Stab everything in sight
Don't forget to wash off the knife

Jodi in disguise, what you aiming for
A bathroom of horrors, yea yea, locked behind the door
You left my life in ashes
    You're gonna need those glasses

Smiting is fun. It balances out all of the rep whoredom. ;) Nah, it depends. I never returned Glasshats smites because I gave no fucks, but the person who just smited me is so blood thirsty I may just have to do her the favor.

I dunno. I don't take it seriously, but I think it's a fun little system.
