i wanted to ask about the photos she was talking about them deleting. they recovered all the photos right, so even if they were deleting them as they went along we're still seeing them? is that right?

Why feel sorry for her? If she hadn't done this she wouldn't have to answer these questions. She did not have to get on the stand but becase her threats to drag Travis and other people through the mud didn't work with the prsecution she is where she is. There might have been more, we don't really know. I think there were around 20 that were recovered after she deleted them. She also said there was a video that was deleted that was not recovered.

Jodi chose to be on the stand knowing what questions they would ask. Because I don't feel sorry for her I'm blood thirsty? LOL Okay! How does me saying that somehow translate into thinking that if Travis's family cliced her ear to ear it would be okay. You either need to chill and stop following this case or seek proffessional help because I believe you are losing it!

I tend to cry when I get mad, or embarrassed, or even really frustrated. I would have been crying like a baby soooo many times if I were in Jodi's position on the witness stand. It is very strange. It makes me feel that she really is a sociopath. "Real" emotions don't come naturally to her. It's like she is dead inside. Or like she is reveling in the attention and notoriety. (I'm not a shrink, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.)

I don't feel bad for Jodi. She shows no remorse. The way she butchered Travis sickens me. If she said it was a crime of passion, fessed up, and admitted her wrong, I think I might feel a little badly for her. What she is putting Travis' family through is really awful.

I respect your opinion though. I really do. Please don't think I'm trying to argue or take anything away from it.

I am not a crier. Hubby and I have been married for 12 years and he's only seen me cry probably a dozen times. I am able to compartmentalize my feelings way to well. Its not that I don't feel things but I don't show it very well at all.

That being said I think most of the times she is "crying" it is fake. She is using it to manipulate. I don't think she has any remorse for what she has done and I think the only time we saw her REALLY crying was when she was told the whole phone sex tape was going to be played. Even then I think she was only crying because she didn't get her way.

NO. Everyone is pro-death, pro Sheriff Nottingham. It's insane. I think she's guilty, too, and I'm not a DP proponent.

I have already stated that I am NOT pro-death penalty, and I'm not the only one. But, I sure as hell believe she is guilty, and I believe she is guilty of pre-meditated murder in the first degree. There is NO excuse for what she did to him. Do I think she deserves to die? No. I would be thrilled to see Life with no chance of parole, though. I believe she has earned that one.
