ANYWAYS, I have seen all the crime scene and body photos, but does anyone know exactly where she shot him in the face? One the side, near the part of his eye that was nearest the floor of the shower? I am not sure what kind of damage a gun of that calibur would do, plus how close or far she was when she shot him. Just curious though.

So, basically Juan has spent a good part of the morning establishing that Jodi (gasp) SNOOPED ON HER BOYFRIEND'S PHONES!! Um, I believe that is done fairly frequently, from Elin Nordegren on down to the average gal on the street (just ask Tiger Woods) when their boyfriend/hubby is suspected of fooling around.

This is day #3 of cross-exam...still waiting for the big "gotcha" moment, Juan. Not. Impressed.

With Jodi's it's a relentless pattern of perceived betrayal, followed up with confrontation and revenge, a pattern which has its roots in her teen years and continues to this day. This is no shrinking violet, this is not a girl/woman afraid of confrontation, a woman afraid TO confront anyone, particularly a male she feels is doing her wrong.

She wasn't afraid of Travis, ever, wasn't afraid of any man, and certainly is not afraid of Mr. Martinez because she, this high school drop out/grifter, is the smartest person in the room! Contrary to her claims, SHE was the one in control of that relationship (Travis) for a time, and when she lost control of him (sexcapades no longer working), she lost her mind.

From day one she injected herself into his life in ways that were not appropriate, not appreciated. In fact, the relationship she *imagined* they had never existed. And when he finally had had enough of her games, when he finally gave her the boot, she showed just how umm, "impressive" she could be, metering out madness with impunity; slashing and slaying, shooting, in the head, the man she claims she loved, all without a smidgen of guilt. Sociopath, habitual liar, manipulator and murderer. Yeah, your Jodi is quite "impressive."
