it's true that no-one who seemingly supports her has shown any type of proof a midst all the evidence that she is the lone perpetrator that she had help, but i have to agree: this thread has become completely one-sided and intolerant of anyone who doesn't believe she's a monster.

Lots of postulations on the thread...I am a therapist and I at first thought borderline but have recently amended my tune after three days of this crap!! Sociopath with borderline traits.

I, too, am a therapist and posted (I think it came thru to the board) that I thought she was borderline with sociopathic traits under stess. I am interested I what changed your mind? It's difficult to dx with such limited information (IMHO) but we know she had no history of illegal activity. I worked for a couple of years in forensic psychiatry where most of the work is ferreting out deception, especially prior to adjudication. I am still on the fence with borderline but don't think she is sociopathic. She isn't smooth enough. Histrionic personalities are usually very dramatic so I ruled that out. Narcissistic personality is quite inviting, given her body consciousness (ie, taking a million pictures of herself) and constantly fishing for compliments. There is no doubt that she has a cluster b personality ( sigh). Thoughts?

So, basically Juan has spent a good part of the morning establishing that Jodi (gasp) SNOOPED ON HER BOYFRIEND'S PHONES!! Um, I believe that is done fairly frequently, from Elin Nordegren on down to the average gal on the street (just ask Tiger Woods) when their boyfriend/hubby is suspected of fooling around.

I was impressed when he pieced together Jodi saying that Matt asked her about the bruises, she told him they were from Travis, then when Matt was interviewed by her attorneys he denied that conversation taking place, and Juan presented evidence of Jodi trying to get a message to Matt (via the writing in the magazines) to change his story because it contradicted hers. That's the ONLY person she allegedly said anything to about Travis' abuse and he denied knowing anything about it. Sorry Jodi, that fucked you.

Yesterday near the end of the day when he was trying to get her to figure out what time of the day/night she slept in the truck on the way moving back to CA, and what time she stopped at Matt's, was driving me crazy. She didn't want to answer, so move along. It wasn't that important if she slept in the truck in the day or night. The jury doesn't give a shit. I understand him wanting the truth out of her, but it ain't happening. It's just confusing everyone.

I agree. Her attitude right now is completely against what the defense is trying to argue. That she was some poor abused woman who wasn't strong enough to get out of the relationship or stand up for herself. Right now, even though she's saying it's hard to answer JM's questions when he's confrontational she's not shaking or crying or showing any signs of feeling traumatized; she's getting an attitude and talking back. Her actions are not in line with her words and the jury is now seeing it first hand.
