Don't know the laws, but could it be possible that if Matt was caught forging the letters and the prosecution makes a deal with him that if he testifies against her admitting it and her request for him to do it, they would not charge him for evidence tampering (or whatever charge that would be)...???

That's possible. But, I wonder what kind of evidence they could have? I can't imagine he would just confess, since he's already said he would lie for her. So, maybe they have a 3rd party who turned him in? Or he stupidly mentioned it to someone? Maybe they have his text messages or an email talking about forging the letters?

I don't know if we know 100% for sure, but the thought is that she took it at her rental house in Mesa. That's just based on process of elimination, I believe. It can't be Travis' house because the picture shows crown molding and Travis' house absolutely did not have crown molding. And while Jodi's grandparents house does have crown molding, the walls are the wrong color. The picture of Jodi shows brownish looking walls, whereas the rooms in her gparents house are either white or blue, from what we've seen.

Since it can't be either of those places, it's either a friend's or the rental house. Since no one has come forward and said Jodi took that pic in their house, leaning towards the rental. And since no one else has claimed to have seen that shirt, I would think that Jodi took the picture herself.

Absolutely, those granny panties look badly homemade, just thrown together. Definitely don't seem to be done by the same person and/or means as the shirt was. The shirt looks more professional, or at least the letters are straight and don't have a weird gap between them. The panties look like someone bought an iron-on kit from Walmart.
