Well there are court documents that were mentioned at one point, where she tried to coerce the prosecution to accept a plea deal for 2nd Degree murder. Her attorney, who I believe was still Nurmi at the time?, basically threatened to do all the dragging Travis through the mud that they now have done, if the prosecution would not agree to 2nd Degree.

I wouldn't be surprised to see her try and plea again after this disaster of a testimony, but if Martinez turned it down before, I'm sure he's feeling he's in an even better place now with his case and won't so much as entertain the idea of a plea try again.

I was listening to HLN in my car while driving. They were airing "murder by the book" or "investigators", some show like that. I didn't get to hear the whole program. As soon as I heard "ninja murders" and California I really wondered if that is where Jodi got the idea for the masked intruders. It was way back in 1985 though, a bit before her time.

Still, it's crazy.
