[QUOTE=NCBlonde;3331922]I haven't seen the segment he was talking about, so I can only guess at this point, until I do.
Now, I have seen pictures of the bathroom, but I'm not sure what the exact location of the box/closet was. This sight has a picture of the blood-stained box. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...Alexander.html
Looking at the box, the stain is rather dark, and so does not appear that it was diluted very much, in my opinion. To me, that would suggest there wasn't some great flood of water, but just an amount of water that traveled a distance.
I think it is relevant in the idea that Jodi showered with Travis' body, to wash herself off and to wash his body free of evidence/dna. It would seem logical to me that she was in the shower with Travis, as there would be no point to washing herself, then dragging the body and getting bloodied again while washing him off.
We know they found a cup in the shower. The presumption is that she filled that up to help rinse off the body. Imagine Jodi, in a small shower like that, trying to rinse off herself, and to be thorough in cleaning off evidence from Travis. Two people in the shower, in the laying/dead position he was in? No way was she getting that shower door closed.
So, there's Jodi with the door ajar, even possibly wide open, so she has room to move. Seems logical a fair amount of water would be hitting the floor. Not a flood of water because she didn't leave the water running. But, I'm sure at one point we've all taken a shower and discovered that we left the curtain a bit open, and stepped out into some puddles. I think that is what happened here. Water from splashing with the cup, and from the door being left ajar.
I don't think there was 2 inches of water on the floor, but the blood marks soaked 2 inches up the box. To me, a non-forensic person, that would be more indicative of a small amount of water, than a large amount. The cardboard was obviously porous and would soak up whatever water it was in contact with. That to me just means the water reached that distance, not that the floor was flooded with large amounts of water.
Thanks peeps - makes sense!!
Ugh...seeing the photo of that box, gave me the crime scene chills all over again. Something about seeing faint diluted blood lines on that cardboard box sends shivers up my spine. Too much blood.
Yup, dual purpose I would imagine. She gets bonus access playing atty for a few days. I think Juan is going to let us know. I hope anyway. Cracks me up her asshole mother thought the National Enq would pay for those letters after a court deemed them no good.
Keep an eye on Juan, his repeated several times about how many resturants her family owned. He's got something up his sleeve when he repeats like that.
Oh, I have also transcribed [in my way best I can] her entire murder testimony. ITS LONG so I don't know if I should put it here in junks or not?
IMHO where did you hear it would be only a 3-day week in court this week?
I didn't think there were any more breaks or holidays until Memorial Day?
last time I found myself in a fight with a dude, he was cowering on the floor, I had a broom. I beat the snot out of him with it. And I'd do it again too. No one hits my kid. No one. Being as I'm 4' 11" and was 89 lbs then and my ex-husband was 200 lbs, it's proof positive of comic book like super powers.
Now, we'll never know if Jodi was enraged but my guess is she was in a frantic, angry, betrayed state. No matter how many times she bent over backwards for him, she was never ever ever gonna be his girlfriend. Jodi was all sorts of kinds of pissed off.
I consider myself lucky that I only had a broom at hand, I worry that in my enraged state I might've done something I had no right to do, take a life. Jodi had no right to take a life.
Until it can be clearly proven that Jodi did/didn't help, I won't rule it out. It could be. Course, I also think there might just be alien life out there and we are it's reality tv channel.
(points if you know the show I referenced.)

Her story about the gun jamming may have been a minute grain of truth, she may have tried to do that first, gun jammed so she stabbed him instead. She carries out the rest of the act and once he is in the bathroom she has time to sort out the gun and then shoots him.
Plus there is the shell casing on the blood, putting the shot last as well as the fact the ME said it would incapacitate him due to going into his brain.
it is always listed on the court schedule, bottom of the history page for the case

they have court in the bdlg, this judge has a very heavy schedule so she is working just not always on only this case.
Court has been scheduled for this case set aside primarily as Mon, Tues, Wed.

Ahhh....Ok! Thank you wasthinking! So, that little closet is right next to the sink where water was also splashed around. There would be no way to perfectly reenact or recreate what happened that night. A lot of crazy complicated shit happened in an impossibly short amount of time. Just unbelievable when you break it all down. I guess however it EXACTLY went down, is irrelevant, Jodi got what she wanted out of that altercation.![]()
this might be a real good time to learn how to edit my posts after they're posted. please insert the word "have" here >>>Until it can be clearly proven that Jodi did/didn't have help

Court has said it doesn't matter what seq it was and deemed it cruel either way.
Interesting on the jam though, I think in her testimony day 20 about the murder, she started to stay 'got jammed'
J: Well, after the gun got, went off, I thought "crap" because now he's really going to be pissed. I didn't even know that I shot him; I thought I shot a hole in the wall or something and I'm thinking now he's really going to be pissed at me now. And he's telling me he's going to kill me, and I think - after he said that, he had almost killed me before, and
look at this piece of her testimony, she calls Travis ... IT 15:16
J: Who knows? At that point he had already almost killed me. I wasn't thinking when he almost killed me before that I was gonna possibly die, I was just thinking I couldnt breathe, no air, that's all I could think of before I passed out, but it was later on I realized I could have died if he had just held on to my neck a little longer, so I didn't want that to happen, obviously, so I ran into the closet, and I slammed the door, and I intended to run through the opposite end of the door because it has another exit, and as soon as I got in there and began to run, I remembered where he kept a gun, so I grabbed it. I jumped up on the shelf. He kept it on the very top. I grabbed it and then I ran out the other door as he opening the door. And he ran, chasing me, and I turned around and pointed it at him so that it would stop chasing me

Here is the story Juan is hammering her about and we'll see again on Monday. She had pulled this NEW BS out of her butt Day 20 on her last day rambling under Nurmi's lead.
[long drawn out explanation of August 2007 incident that Jodi is mentioning for the first time ever]
Nurmi: interrupts: what do you mean, lets talk about that, what do you mean this summer? What incident were you referring to?
Jodi: Um, there was an incident where he was really upset, [grunting! pause] you mean the whole incident?
Nurmi:: ya, what happened?
[Jodi acting up poorly, shaking head, breathing, drink water aka inventing on the fly]
The previous summer August 2007 I got hired at PaiChang{sp} to work and they needed my social securtiy card, which I didn't keep in my purse, because it, for security reasons, it was packed away and I was looking everywhere for it, couldn't find it, so I assumed it was in one of the boxes that were, that were in Travis' garage. So I called him, I needed the card for the next day for work, after I'd been looking for it,
I wanted to come over and look for it there,
he said sure, it was a brief phone call it was about 11 o'clock at night and he sounded sleepy so I thought maybe he was sleeping.
I came over, um, I went into the side of course, to go into the garage, to look for the um, box, but, this time instead of going into the garage, the door was locked which was unusual because its almost always open. So I think no big deal I started walking around the back of the house toward the sliding glass door which is never locked, because he had installed the doggie door
Um, so the sliding glass door butts up to it but doesn't lock.
so as I was walking around the house the blinds to the living room were open and I could see this blue glow ca- coming out of the window from the TV and as I was walking toward the glass and I glanced in and I noticed two people making out on the couch and I thought for a second because I thought that was ackward. and I assumed it was one of his room mates so I thought how would I, how would I handle that you know, I thought maybe Ill just walk in real quick and say sorry, and just, cause I would, I would have to walk passed them to get to the garage, cause it was on the couch, they were on the couch, so I decided I would do that and then as I was,
as I was going toward the um, the glass she stood up and she rehooked her bra and the guy stood up wiping his mouth and I saw it was Travis.
so we weren't together at this point and I knew that we were, there were other people that he was seeing or that I was maybe seeing
and but it kinda still hurt so I ran I didn't go to the um, I didn't go to the social security card, I just left. and I went home, it was too late to call any body really, so I just waited until the next day to call my sister, my little sister but she wasn't home she lived with my parents at that time, my Dad answered and I told him what happened because he was somebody to talk to, I didnt confide in him often, and he was asking me why I was crying and so I just told him what happened UM
and so at that point I decided I'm just going to go over and ask him if he's dating some one that way I can move on or something
So I went over to his house, and we were, I went into the house and he was in the um ah the laundry room, stenciling stripes down the walls, getting ready to paint them, and I hopped up on the washing machine and sat there and he came down the ladder and he gave me a kiss and I said, I said it flat out if you are dating someone its okay you can tell me and I told him based on what he has said about what he had said about Deanna in the past I said I won't freak out the way Deanna does. Cause he had said that about her.
And he just thought that was a strange question and he said why are you asking me
OBJECTION sustained
Nurmi:: how does, lets, how does this, w/o saying what he said, you you mentioned this correlated to the incident on June 4th, were you IN the upstairs area with Travis after this argument about seeing him with this other girl.
Jodi: ya he just let out a real frustrated scream, and he walked out of the laundry room and pounded the wall real hard, with his palm, I mean not the wall the door frame, in the laundry room and just went upstairs and I sat there kind of stunned, Um I'd only seen his temper a few times at that point and I heard this thud banging rhythmic like over and over and over, it was dull and like something was hitting over and over and over. So I jumped off the washing machine to see what it was, he was the only one home so I went upstairs went into the bedrooom I, it was getting louder as I got toward the bedroom and then I turned to look down the hallway and he's banging his head repeatedly on the linen door closet and I, it was awful to watch him to that and I walked up to him sort of tentatively because he looked unstable and he was mumbling something under his breath and he kept saying
OBJECTION sustained
Nurmi:: okay just, what, hap I mean you mentioned um, did you have to run away from him that day?
Jodi: Um I finally said his name to get his attention and he screamed what really loud and he spun and looked at me like a mad man, and it freaked me out so I ran down the hall thinking I'd just get out of the bedroom but he caught me right as I reached the threshold of the bedroom I couldn't reach the carpet he caught my wrists and pulled me back and I was freaking out and he calmed down and he explained to me that she was just a girl that he met in Phoenix and they probably wouldnt see each other again.
Nurmi:: Okay moving back to June 4th, before we continue on the story I want to get, talk to you about a couple of exhibits, the first being 160, you see that can you look at that,
wasthinking...you are good at digging stuff up.Thank you for this testimony. I watched the three or so hours of JM vs. Jodi and was fascinated. I actually started tuning her out when she was on the stand with Nurmi, but now I'm all curious about her Lonnie's baptism and tootsie pop story. By chance do you know where I can find it?
Looking like it might have been her testimony on day 17

It's not just that. Her story is that the altercation started 5:31:14, and at 5:32:16 he's already stabbed and bleeding profusely. Her story about him chasing her around (with him wet and naked on a tile floor, no less), screaming insults about her ability to hold a camera, putting her in a wrestling hold and "choking her out", her getting a gun from the top shelf of the closet, shooting him, and somehow stabbing him without knowing how she got the knife or actually doing it; All this had to happen in 62 fucking seconds. I guess we'll have to hear more story changes and "memory issues" when Juan talks her through her timeline vs these photos.
