Just a sidenote on the nail/hair salon issue. 99.9% of times if a place does hair, THAT'S what's advertised, because that's where the money is. It would be a Hair Salon that also does mani/pedi's. I worked in the salon business for a while, and never, is a place marketed/known for being a nail salon that "also may do hair". No, it's either a hair salon or it's not. Or it's just a mani/pedi place. Period.

Good day to everyone! After yesterday's testimony I feel like things are finally getting right in the world! I am still buzzing about one thing though. The magazines with the coded messages in them. Jodi's memory is supposedly shot to shit, but she still has the brainpower to attempt manipulating testimony and evidence?! Donovan, Ann, and Matt - The 3 douches are all scrambling around doing what they can, and the expert's computer gets stolen?! You can't make this shit up. People follow patterns. Jodi lies, Don & Ann break into places, and Matt keeps trying to be ninja and grow a beard while he remains jealous of Donavan's real manliness. Don't be surprised if these 3 go to jail.

I wondered the same thing. Sorry I'm no help...I have no idea what the significance is.

But, I can speculate:
It would be fun if it had huge significance. Like maybe she left the remote at the hair salon when she dyed her hair brown?? Or maybe they found a remote in a bag in the desert with a bloody knife, a gun, a bottle of KY Jelly, and some bloody clothes?

I seriously cannot wait to hear the verdict on this case. We all (most of us) think 100% guilty, 1st degree, fry her. But if you were a jury member, what would you think then? Trying to keep an open mind, and I'll tell you... we caught all her lies during direct but the jury wouldn't know about the forged pedo letters, they wouldnt know about the slashed tire incident with Lisa, or a number of other things.

Looking at ONLY the evidence presented in court, what do you guys think the jury is thinking right now?

Only the evidence-At this point I would be a little overwhelmed. I would be thinking....Okay, she killed him. Now why did she kill him and was it to protect herself?

Arias' defense team is asking the court to review the aggravating factor which led the state to seek the death penalty charge.

They have also requested a stay of the aggravation portion of the trial until the legal issues can be heard.

In paperwork filed Friday with the court , Arias' attorneys alleged Mesa Det. Esteban Flores gave "false and misleading" testimony during an evidentiary hearing in August 2009. According to the attorneys' paperwork, the single aggravating fact in the case was based on Flores' testimony.

Court officials say they do not have a timeframe for when the court will issue an order on the Friday motion.

I think this is another load of horseshit from Willie & Squirmi. Flores gave testimony based on the forensic evidence given from the ME, didn't he? If I am not mistaken perjury is what Jodi is doing and what Matt would do. Willingly LIE rather than give testimony based on all available evidence.
