i was thinking the exact same thing.

i only watched the last half hour, but to me, jodi's smile does not seem mirthful, or even smug. It seems like she is not sure of what emotion she is supposed to be showing, and her face is doing its own thing.

With wormi, she had been coached and knew what expressions she was supposed to have, she has nothing to mirror or act on with JM.

Diary entries- She never mentions the Pedo stuff nowhere.
Travis' phone records- They are out of order. There are no previous calls before 3:53 pm FROM Jodi on the Pedo day. The last call Travis made on that phone 7:11 pm to anybody.

Pedo- Subject to a previous hearing? Jodi says, I believe it was. Now JM is showing her a document about the hearing. (nurmi is objecting)

EX 464- Court documents from previous hearing. Jodi is looking at them to refresh her memory. Aug 8. Was Travis a Pedo hearing? An aspect. Aug 4 Jodi tried to get somebody to lie at that hearing. (Ohhhhh)

Matt M is mentioned again. I take it the mag's were for him. Jodi talked to Matt over the phone before his interview with JM. Oh, now JM is bringing up Matt cheating on Jodi and how Jodi confronted Matt. Jodi just says YES. A mutual friend-the gay Steve told her where Bianca was at. ( I think JM is catching Jodi in another lie) Steve told Jodi the wrong room of Bianca's. Steve left and went where Bianca was. Jodi just started knocking on doors (or so that's what it sounded like to me) Jodi heard Steve's voice b/c he was gay and dramatic. Steve was concerened that Jodi was there and was excited. Everybody with an excited tone to their voice makes them GAY in Jodi's opinion. (I guess that's what JM is saying) (You can tell JM has already talked to Bianca and Steve) Bianca opened the door. Jodi talked to her. She bought up Matt (Jodi did)
Jodi was not living with Matt at this time. Jodi thought they were still bf and gf. Matt didn't. She talked with Bianca for about 1 hour. Jodi wanted to know what was going on with Matt and Bianca. Jodi became excited or upset? No says Jodi. Jodi also says she never raised her voice to Bianca. Afterwards, Jodi went and stayed with Eddie Lee. (how many freaking men does she know)

Jodi and her parents took a lot of trip. They owned 6 or 7 resturants.

Jodi and Matt broke up after the Bianca story. Same reason her and Travis broke up. Trust was gone. Jodi and Matt still seen each other after the broke up. They were having sex. She would go over to Matt's and stay in his bed. Jodi denies that.
Jodi and Matt still have contact.
Jodi saw Matt when he lived in Sea Grove. June 3, 2008. Jodi spent the night June 2-3. Not with HIM-she stayed on the floor (haha) with 2 guys. Matt didn't go with her to OG's house. Jodi was going to Sealinst(sp?) for her nails. A salon that might have done hair. (hummmmmm. Wax job anybody?) Jodi came back and gave OG something. She doesn't remember what it was.
