Sorry-I haven't read back b/c of the recaps I was taking, so it's hard to keep up with what everybody has said.

I think JM is doing a fabulous job. I'm glad he calmed down from earlier and is now keeping it in a flowing pattern.

Jodi's attuide on the stand speaks volumes, IMO, to what type of person she really is. It's actually shocking. I am sure this tape will be played/studied/ and learned from many attorneys going through law school from now on.

On HLN, one of the talking heads and a defense attorney said he is all over the place on purpose. He is getting her off her game and he's trying to rattle her.

I really would like to see her head pop off.. she is so smug. I admit I was concerned about JM but I guess that is just his style and he is a very good attorney.
