I wouldn't be able to answer if you asked me what time I fell asleep on a specific day in 2008, even if that day were particularly traumatic.

I know he's trying to blow holes in the "little boy" story, but he may need to approach this a little differently.

Long sidebar with attorneys. Judge tells Jodi and JM to please NOT speak over each other.

Jodi is still on the stand. JM is up still. EX 458 is admitted. Tootsie Rolls and Pop Rocks. Jodi missed Lonnie's baptism
EX 458 is the entry. She talking about the church building. There are no other dates mentioned. JM is only asking for dates. Jodi keeps saying there is date implied. JM is saying "Show me"- (Jodi's a salty bitch)
She's counting Thursday as a date. EX 457 indicates the candy night was a Thursday. Jodi is talking about in her dairy about being wrapped up in other activities. "Wrapped" up in suppose to mean sex with Travis. She's getting preped to go to Travis' house. She loved him-she really does. (that's what she wrote in her diary) The diary mentions bubble bath also-or so Jodi says. (Jodi is trying to outsmart JM on the stand.)

(I think she just freaking showed up and walked in) She keeps saying he was "hoping she would come over" but actually she just showed up. She left after she helped him with the Christmas stuff. She came back and saw Travis wacking off. Jodi then left. OHHHHH, Jodi was driving Travis' car b/c Jodi had his car. Travis didn't have his car that day (BOOM---liar liar liar)
Text messages from that day- EX 462- EX 461- (nurmi takes his time reading the text to give Jodi a moment to catch her breath)

EX 461 admitted- 6:41pm- she had already left MiMi's cafe. She wanted to trade cars for FHE (family home evenings) that starts at 7:00pm. Jodi can't remember what time it started FHE. 7:19pm-"Nevermind, The store closes at 8pm, so I will go tomorrow". (that's what she text to Travis) Jodi went over to his house and have sex with him. She doesn't remember the time though. ( I think JM is trying to say that the pedo day NEVER happened at all)

Jodi says there were many more. Jodi called him at 3:53 and 4:09. He called her back at 4:29 and she called back at 4:53 and he returned her call at 4:54 and 5:11 and 5:20 and 5:48 and she returned his at 5:53. Now Jodi is saying he called on landline phone too.

Text at 6:41. 7:19.
Travis sent her text at 7:24.
7:29 Jodi says she feel asleep and a phone call woke her up. JM says I thought you were at the LDS center. She doesn't know when she went to sleep. JM wants to know when she found the time to sleep. 7:25 she did text that she was almost asleep. (I'm as confused like Jodi right now) (There was NO pedo act that happened on this day. No little boy. There wasn't any time. Bascially, Jodi freaking lied)
9:16, Jodi texts and wants to know if Travis wants to talks-He replies back "not right now"
11:33 Jodi sent him a message saying "how long"
JM says it's part of Jodi's jealousy and wanting to know what he was doing.
Travis says "did you use my phone this morning without asking?"
Jodi replies back "why" and he said "Nothing"
Travis was giving Jodi money b/c they were texting about it. Jodi wanted to know if he made the deposit and Travis said yes. Jodi said "thank you"
The next day Jodi texted that she needed a ride. Sometimes Travis drove her. She doesn't remember that day if he did. 4:04 she said "scratch that. I have to stay until 5. Lunch offer still stands"
Jodi offered to get Travis lunch. Travis said "sure"
There is no discussion about pedo stuff in any of these text messages. NONE.

I don't think that it's to imply that she has the wrong date. I think it's to show that she was completely lying about the whole pedo thing. If she writes her thoughts down in a journal, why no thoughts about this horrible discovery that her boyfriend is an alleged pedo? If it happened, that would've been in there. It wasn't. It's a lie.
