JM has been handed the strongest case I've ever seen. This is a prosecuter's dream. There is so much evidence, a confession, phones, texts, he has EVERY tool to send her to death and he is blowing it with this sideshow.

His arguments are proving nothing right now.

1. Failing to note something in your journal doesn't mean it never happened.
2. You can visit someone's house without calling them first.
3. We all have memory gaps and focus on different details of life.
4. Exact times and dates related to this stuff are not going to prove 1st degree murder.

How do you know what Travis' sisters felt about him and his unhealthy relationship with Jodi?

All you know and see is within context of his being a murder victim and this being a murder trial. Do you really think you can judge a person and their feelings and relationship with someone else based on how they react about the murder of their loved one?

For all we know, his sisters thought the relationship was unhealthy for both of them and perhaps told him so.

We don't know. You don't know. But I sure don't think it is fair that anyone would judge them and pretend to know who they are, how they think and feel, based on being upset that their brother was brutally murdered.

Last I checked, Travis was not on trial here, neither is his family. What they think about Travis or Jodi is completely irrelevant.

I'm curious if his childhood upbringing and abusive mother created an issue with women that was in hiding until he met Jodi and her mental abuse and craziness brought it out of him. They both were addicted to each other. Jodi had a much deeper connection she felt with him, he wanted a girl to fuck until he found a good Mormon girl. I'm not going to fault him for wanting to get laid as a 30 year old man. Unfortunately he picked the wrong girl.

Was there mention of sexual abuse in his past? I absolutely didn't read Fifty Shades of Grey, but when I talked to the customer service rep for Zappos for like an hour and a half she mentioned about how the main character dude was abused by his mother and that's why he was weird towards certain women that reminded him of her as an adult.

I am worried he is getting carried away with minutia.. I do NOT want this chick to walk, life in prison works for me as I don't see the DP happening. As obnoxious as she looks on the stand I think the jury can get passed that and excuse it as being bullied on the stand unless he can actually get to the point.
