I don't know, but people criticising the prosecutor might take a moment to remember that a man in the prime of his life was brutally murdered, then accused of being a pedophile and an abuser, the prosecutor is speaking for Travis and defending him as Travis is no longer able to speak for himself. If I was a part of Travis' family Juan would be like a hero to me.

Maybe I'm weird, but I often sit in the shower. It feels nice to just let the hot water beat on my while a rest. I do it often (when I have the time to take a lengthier shower), so I don't find his sitting in the shower to be odd.

Plus, how could she stop injuring him long enough to take a picture without him being able to stop her? I think the only way all of this works is if she continually stabbed him, he was injured and shocked enough that he couldn't fight back sufficiently. If she had injured him, and then stopped to take a picture, he would have been able to put an end to it. Just my thoughts...

LOL! I LOVE sitting in the shower. I'm a water lover all around: rain, swimming in the ocean, lakes, ponds and pools, and strangely, I get bored and antsy in a "static" bath. But love the water pouring over my head, hearing the water fall while sitting in the shower. I don't however, think Travis was having one of "those" shower moments. It was the last shot she took before she attacked him, he looked to be forced into a postion of subserviance, and the priors photos, IMO, showed a man in distress.

but some of that is her-say only and even those behaviors speak of his morals but she could have walked away had those things happened, she chose not to. She also chose to play right along with him and she was not being held captive. She took weapons to a booty call.
