Yeesh, that SMIRK. When she just watched Juan walk over to the defense - that is honest to God the first time I've seen her eyes move this entire trial. She looked him straight up and down.

I think impeaching her might be in the defense's favor. Her testimony, IMO, is pretty much putting the nails in the coffin.
Travis' sisters look awesome today.
Come on with the journal entry!!
OMG! I fucking DESPISE THIS BITCH!!! GO JM!!!!!![]()

I kind of agree. He has all day/week. He is a bit all over the place and the jurors heads might be spinning a bit. I would prefer him to be a bit more calculated and slow down, for he has already misspoken a few times. Maybe he is trying to wake up the jury before he gets to the real good stuff since its morning time.
I am not legal savvy. What happens if he is successful in impeaching her?
no fam today??? they didn't even save them a seat??
If this is disorganized, what does that make Nurmi's time warp approach?
This is someone who claims to be abused and tewwified and twembling when angry men yell at her. Her attitude is noticeably more aggressive/argumentative/downright sassy than we've seen by far. She's not a kicked puppy. Bitch isn't afraid of anything but not getting her way.
Even if her testimony is thrown out... that means none of the 'abuse' gets thrown into play, and we just have to look at hard evidence. It's prosecutions to lose now.
"Effective cross examinations often seem to jump around. That's intentional. The cross is not going to go in a chronological order. Martinez seems to know exactly where he's going and what points he wants to make." - Beth Karas on her FB page just now.

Not meaning to change the subject during such a important part of the trial, but have you noticed Tanisha, his sister lately. I know she used to be a heavy meth user but she got clean. I see how much better she looks everyday of this trial and that meth look is starting to go away. Good for her. If nothing but one thing has come out of Travis death, maybe it was the motivating factor to get clean and see his death get justice.
reading...reading...reading......
I'm totally expecting her to fake a fainting spell or something at this point![]()
Is there another sister with T's family today? I don't think I have seen her before.
